【摘要】 随着知识经济时代的到来,知识已成为企业生存和发展的战略资源,而知识本身存在于各种关系之中,知识的本质要求合作。作为一种资源整合的手段,供应链通过信息和知识的共享来弥补单个成员知识的不足,并通过能力互补和伙伴合作,以实现双赢的效果。文章基于知识的视角,对供应链成员企业之间的合作关系进行了探讨。本文在以下几个方面展开研究: (1) 运用博弈论作为分析工具,构建出了基于知识的供应链合作机制的框架体系,并对基于知识的供应链合作中的风险防范机制、知识作用机制和利益分配机制进行了相应的分析。 (2) 对基于知识的供应链合作伙伴关系管理从其管理过程中的伙伴需求分析、伙伴信息收集、伙伴选择和伙伴跟踪管理四个阶段进行了详细的探讨,并构建出了一个基于知识的供应链合作伙伴评价指标体系。 (3) 在论述基于知识的供应链合作对信息系统的要求时,从供应链中核心企业的视角构建出了一个供应链信息系统成功模型,并对模型的维度进行了详细的分析。 论文基于知识的视角对供应链合作机制和伙伴关系的管理进行了探讨,并对作为其支撑工具的信息系统的成功模型做了相应的分析,为供应链成员企业进行知识合作提供了相应的理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the coming of knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become a strategic resource of enterprises. Knowledge consists in various relationships, and it requires collaboration in nature. Supply chain, as a means of integrating resource, can achieve win-win effect by sharing information and knowledge and collaborating with partners. From the angle of view of knowledge, this dissertation probes into supply chain partnership. The main research work in this dissertation is as follows:(1) It makes use of game theory to construct the system of knowledge-based collaboration mechanisms in supply chain, and then analyzes risk-prevention mechanism, knowledge-function mechanism and profit-allocation mechanism in it.(2) It investigates the management of knowledge-based supply chain partnership by dividing it into four stages: partner requirements analysis, gathering partner-related information, partner selection and partner-tracking management, and an evaluation index system of knowledge-based supply chain partners is constructed in it.(3) When it dissertates the requirement for information system of knowledge-based supply chain collaboration, a model of success of supply chain information system is constructed from the core enterprise of the supply chain, and the dimensions of the model are analyzed.This dissertation probes into collaboration mechanisms and partnership management in supply chain from the perspective of knowledge, and analyzes the success model of information system that underpins it accordingly.
