电网运行调度可靠性算法研究及软件实现

【摘要】 随着电力系统的不断发展,电力市场的逐步形成,电网的运行越来越接近其极限水平,对电网的实时安全可靠性评估也成为必要。 本文对可靠性评估的基本理论与计算方法进行了讨论,并根据在线应用的特点,建立了针对输电网络的运行可靠性评估模型。采用故障枚举和概率抽样相结合的算法,分前后台实现了并行计算。算法充分考虑了运行调度的特点,模拟了发电设备的调节速度,提供了多种有功校正措施,并模拟了潮流转移引起的连锁跳闸。通过对故障后果和故障发生可能性的综合分析,快速寻找出电网运行的潜在风险,自动刷新严重故障模式集合。可靠性指标分系统、地区和负荷点三个层次分别统计,计算结果通过网页进行发布。 本文还建立了电网运行数据库,设计了简单实用的软件界面,在IEEE RTS测试系统和一省级电网上的计算分析及试运行,验证了软件的稳定性及应用价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of power system and the emerging of power market, the operation of power network is nearer to its limit than it is before. The evaluation of current security and reliability of the system is important and necessary.In this paper, principle and calculation methods for reliability evaluation are discussed. According to the features of on-line application, this paper found the reliability assessment models of power transmission network. An algorithm integrating the fault enumeration and probabilistic sampling is established and carried out by parallel processing. In the proposed algorithm the features of power network operation and dispatching are adequately considered. The regulating speed of generating equipment is simulated. And several dispatching strategies are offered. This paper also simulates cascading failures caused by power flow transferring. The hidden risks of power network operation are fast searched by means of the comprehensive analysis of faults consequences and probability of occurring. The set of serious fault modes is automatically refreshed. The risk indices are built in three layers, i.e., in systematic, regional and load node layers. And the risk information of power network is distributed on webpage.A database using in operational reliability assessment of power network is built in this paper. And a simple and practical software interface is designed. The practicality of the proposed algorithm and stability of the software are verified by the calculation results of IEEE RTS test system and a large-scale regional power network.
