冲压弯曲件CAPP系统研究与开发

【摘要】 本文对冲压弯曲件计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)系统的总体框架、系统功能模块和系统流程进行了详细地论述。引入特征技术,从面向加工的角度,将冲压弯曲件作为管理特征、材料特征、精度特征、形状特征、工艺特征的组合体,综合考虑冲压弯曲件信息模型的层次结构和特征间的组合关系,建立了冲压弯曲件的特征模型。运用面向对象方法和面向对象语言,将零件视为一个对象,各类特征作为它的属性,定义了冲压弯曲件类,通过对各类特征信息的描述,完成零件信息模型的建立。认真总结了冲压弯曲件工艺决策相关知识,采用“如果(条件),则(结论)”的结构来表达知识,内置于系统程序之中,形成系统自身的决策逻辑;采用数据驱动模式(正向推理策略),从零件的初始信息出发,运用工艺决策知识逐步形成工艺规程。在特征建模和工艺决策的基础上,结合SolidWorks2004提供的特征压缩和弯曲特征展开功能以及由三维模型转换为二维工程图技术,利用ActiveX Automation技术,人机交互操作SolidWorks2004完成零件工序图的绘制。在认真分析工艺数据特点的基础上,建立了工艺数据模型,利用数据库工作平台Database Desktop完成工艺数据库的设计。利用数据库技术,开发了工艺文件管理模块,包括新建工艺、编辑工艺、删除工艺和浏览打印工艺等功能。在Windows2000平台上,采用Delphi6和SolidWorks2004进行了程序开发。

【Abstract】 In the paper, the general framework, the function module and the flow of CAPP System for sheet metal bending parts were elaborated. Using feature technology, from the view of manufacture-oriented, bending parts were regarded as the combination of management feature, material feature, precision feature, shape feature and process feature. Synthesizing the hiberarchy of bending parts information model and the relation of features, the feature model of bending parts was established. Using Object-Oriented Method and Object-Oriented Language, the bending part class was defined, with the part as an object and kinds of feature as its attributes. Bending parts information model was established by describing information of features. This paper earnestly summarized process knowledge of bending parts, expressed the knowledge in the form of the "if (condition), then (conclusion)", and then formed the decision logic of the system by putting process knowledge into the program. Adopting the data-drive mode, the process planning was created by reasoning from initial information of parts. Based on feature modeling and process decision, and combining the function of feature-compress and feature-expand offered by SolidWorks2004, and the technique of creating planar draw from three-dimensional model, making use of ActiveX Automation, the process chart was completed in SolidWorks. On the base of analyzing the characteristics of craft data, the craft data model was established. And the craft database was completed on the database platform: Database Desktop. Making use of the database technique, process management module was developed including building, editing, deleting, preview and printing process planning. Then the program was developed using Delphi6 and SolidWorks2004 on the Windows2000 platform.
