【摘要】 随着经济全球化和知识经济时代的到来,知识给世界各国的经济发展和社会进步带来了深刻的影响。知识成为企业最重要的战略资源和可持续竞争优势的源泉。企业纷纷在企业内部引进知识管理,同时不断突破企业的边界,与不同的企业建立战略联盟,寻求联盟伙伴之间的知识转移和组织学习。 本文首先基于知识的视角,对战略联盟进行知识分析,包括论证了战略联盟中知识转移的重要性,比较分析企业知识获取的三种途径,阐述了战略联盟成员间知识合作的机理。然后,本文主要研究了战略联盟内知识转移的过程,并在对此基础上,提出了一个战略联盟的知识转移影响因素的分析思路,即从知识本身、知识转移主体和联盟内知识转移的情境三个方面归纳研究每个影响因素,详细论述了每个因素对战略联盟知识转移绩效的影响,并且尝试系统地分析各个因素之间的联系。最后,作者运用本文提出的战略联盟的知识转移影响因素的分析思路,对TD-SCDMA产业联盟的知识转移进行了实证研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the coming of global economy and knowledge-based economy, knowledge deeply affects economic development and society advancement of each country throughout the world. Knowledge has become the most important strategic resource of enterprises and headspring of enterprises’ continuable competence advantage. Enterprises in succession introduce knowledge management within. Meanwhile, Enterprises break through their boundaries and establish strategic alliances with other different enterprises for knowledge transfer and organizational learning among alliance partners.This dissertation firstly makes knowledge analysis in strategic alliances including demonstrating the importance of knowledge transfer in strategic alliances, analyzing three methods of knowledge acquisition comparatively and expatiating on principles of knowledge collaboration among alliance members. Then this dissertation primarily research on knowledge transfer processes in strategic alliances and put forward the idea of analyzing influencing factors of knowledge transfer in strategic alliances, that is , researching synthetically on each influencing factor in view of knowledge itself, knowledge transfer entities and context of knowledge transfer in the strategic alliance. Furthermore, it amply demonstrates the effect of each factor on knowledge transfer performance in the strategic alliance and also tries to analyze the relationships among these factors.
