【摘要】 模具作为工业产品的重要基础工艺装备,在工业生产中是不可或缺的技术与工具,它不仅直接影响工业产品的水平,也是一个国家工业化程度和机械制造工业技术水平的综合体现。 模具制造业在深圳制造业中占有重要的地位。开展深圳模具制造业发展战略研究,对于深圳经济稳定持续增长和的产业结构升级具有十分重要的现实意义。 “深圳模具制造业发展战略研究”通过对深圳模具制造业的环境分析、内部分析、产业分析和市场分析,深圳模具制造业的定位研究,进而提出适合于深圳模具制造业发展的发展目标、发展重点、关键技术和保障措施。 论文运用区域经济、产业结构、产业聚集等基本理论和战略管理方法,尝试提出了服务于区域经济社会发展的行业发展理念,并结合深圳模具制造业发展战略研究,提出了区域行业发展战略研究范式。 论文在总结PEST环境分析方法的基础上,针对区域行业发展战略研究范式,提出了G-PEST环境分析方法,并将路线图用于区域行业发展战略研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the important basic technical equipment, the mold is a necessary technology and facility in industry production. The mold not only directly influences the quality of industrial products and also comprehensively embodies the extent of a nation’s industrialization and machine manufacturing industry.The mold manufacturing plays an important role in ShenZhen’s manufacturing. It is very important to carry out the stratagem research of the development of ShenZhen’s mold manufacturing. That will bring an important practical meaning to a steady and persistent increase in economy of Shenzhen and the upgrade of industry structure.Through the environment analysis, interior analysis, industry analysis, market analysis and orientation research of ShenZhen’s mold manufacturing, the "stratagem research of Shenzhen’s mold manufacturing development" raises the development object, the development emphases, the key technology and the guarantee measures, all of which are suit the development of ShenZhen’s mold manufacturing.This thesis adopts stratagem management methods and basic theories, such as region economy, industry structure, and industry congregation and tries to present the industry development concept, which is serve region economy social development. This article also puts forward the stratagem research mode of region industry development, combining the stratagem research of ShenZhen’s mold manufacturing development.On the basis of summarizing the PEST environment analysis method, this article puts forward the G-PEST environment analysis method, corresponding to stratagem research mode of region industry development. In conclusion, it applies blue print to the stratagem research of region industry development.更多还原
