【摘要】 当前,随着素质教育的大力实施和课程改革的稳步推进,体育课程改革也如火如荼,已颁布了新的体育(与健康)课程标准。积极开发和利用体育课程资源是顺利实施体育课程的有力保障。本文以甘肃省天水市21所有代表性的农村中小学体育课程资源为研究对象,采用特尔菲法,问卷调查法,文献资料法,实地考察法,访谈法,个案法,数理统计法,对当前甘肃省天水市农村中小学体育课程资源开发利用的现状进行了调查分析。结果表明,目前甘肃省天水市农村中小学体育课程资源开发利用中存在的主要问题是: (1) 学校领导及教师体育教育观念滞后,体育教师缺乏敬业精神,对体育课的重视不够,以致影响了学生参加体育活动的积极性。 (2) 天水市农村经济相对落后,体育经费投入较少,现有的体育教师数量及体育场地器材严重不足,制约了体育活动的正常开展。 (3) 对在职体育教师的职后教育相对滞后,体育教师开发利用体育课程资源,不知从何做起。 (4) 教育主管部门没有建立起与体育课程资源开发利用相配套的保障体系和激励机制。因此,未能实现体育课程资源开发利用的最大化和最优化。 针对以上问题,本文提出了甘肃省天水市农村中小学体育课程资源开发与利用的思路、案例、保障体系等。旨在引起农村中小学体育工作者对以上问题的关注和思考,在今后的教学中能够因地制宜地开发和利用体育课程资源,以不断改进教学。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, with the diathesis education is carried out and curriculum reform is moved forward. The physical education curriculum reform is like wildfire. The new physical education and health curriculum standard was promulgated. Exploit and utilize physical education curriculum resources positively are powerful safeguard of implementing physical education curriculum successfully. The paper takes the states of the exploitment and utilization resources of curriculum about 21 typical countryside Primary and Middle schools as the object. Delphi method, questionnaire, literature and data, investigation in the present side, interview, specific prcecedent and mathematical statistics are used to investigate and analyses the current situation of physical education resources, exploitment and utilization Primary and Middle school physical education of Tianshui countryside Gansu Province. We have found out the common problems that exist in the Primary and Middle schools of Tianshui countryside Gansu Province:(1) The leader and teacher’s physical education conceptions are delayed. They attach less importance to physical education course, it leads to students not take part in physical education exercise actively.(2) The financial conditions are relative backward in Tianshui countryside, less funds are put into physical education. The quantity of physical education teacher, ground and equipment are seriously shortage, and it restricts physical education sports develop normally.(3) The continue education of physical education teacher on the job lay behind relatively. Physical education teachers don’t know how to do about exploitment and utilization of physical education curriculum resources.(4) The education department don’t establish guarantee system and excitation mechanism which suit the exploitment and utilization of physical education curriculum resources, it don’t realize largely and freely in exploitment and utilization of physical education curriculum resources.Be aimed at problems mentioned above, the article put forward some ideas, precedent and guarantee system about exploitment and utilization of physical education curriculum resources in the Primary and Middle schools of Tianshui countryside Gansu Province. In order to make countryside Primary and Middle school workers pay more attention to physical education curriculum resources of exploiting and utilizing with suit measures to local conditions with the result that the teaching is improved continuously.更多还原
