超声检测虚拟仪器研究

【摘要】 为了提高超声检测的效率、可靠性,本文将传统超声检测仪器技术、虚拟仪器技术、计算机技术、电子技术、数字信号处理技术有机结合起来,构建了一种性能价格比较高的超声检测虚拟仪器,实现了超声检测的数字化、可视化、人性化,为进一步实现超声检测图像化、智能化、自动化、以及缺陷的定量和定性分析奠定了良好的基础。 超声检测虚拟仪器是由超声检测卡和超声检测虚拟仪器软件构成,具有结构简单、功能强大、性价比高等优点。仪器实现了程控放大器增益、检波方式、滤波频段、超声波发射重复频率、采样起始时间和采样长度等超声检测参数的设定以及检测过程的软件控制,从而可以根据不同检测条件采用不同的工作方式,实现了超声检测仪器真正智能化。超声检测卡采样速率为 40MHz,8 位采样精度,卡载高速静态缓存 64KB,满足一般工业超声检测的要求。超声检测虚拟仪器软件由超声检测卡驱动程序和超声检测虚拟仪器应用软件构成。超声检测卡驱动程序采用 WinDriver 开发,大大降低设计难度和缩短了设计周期。超声检测虚拟仪器应用软件采用 LabWindowsCVI 开发平台,软件集成了大量的数字信号处理和图像处理的算法,可对扫描得到的数据进行各种处理和运算,实现了 A 扫描,并为 B 扫描、C 扫描奠定了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the ultrasonic-testing, a type of ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument of high ratio of performance to cost is developed successfully. The traditional ultrasonic-testing instrument technology, virtual instrument technology, technologies of computer, electronics, digital signal processing etc are integrated organically, the digitalization, visualization and humanization of the ultrasonic-testing are realized, and a well foundation to realize the picturization, intelligentization, automatization of ultrasonic-testing, the quantity and quality analyses of defects is established. The ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument adopts the structure of ultrasonic-testing card and ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument software, which has the merits of simple structure, mighty function and high ratio of performance to cost. The instrument has functions of the setting of ultrasonic-testing parameter ( programme-controlled amplifier’s gain, demodulating mode, filtering frequency, ultrasonic emission repeating frequency, sampling start point, sampling length etc.) and the software controlling of ultrasonic testing process. Thus the instrument can adopt different working mode according to its testing condition. The instrument has a sampling rate of 40MHz with 8 bit precision and 64KB high-speed SRAM on the card, which has meet the requirement of common industrial ultrasonic-testing. The software of the ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument is consisted of the device driver of the ultrasonic-testing card and the ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument application software. Using WinDriver to develop the card’s device driver can decrease the difficulty of the design and shorten the design cycle time. The appliance software is developed by the soft environment of LabWindowsCVI, which integrate many algorithm of digital signal processing and image processing to process the collected scanning date. It realized the A scanning and established a well foundation for B and C scanning.
