【摘要】 防火卷帘作为建筑物防火分割或防火分区隔离物,可起防火分割的作用,从而使其成为建筑物中重要的不可缺少的消防设施之一。目前国内厂家所生产的防火卷帘按帘片材料的类型,大体可分为以下三类:单板式钢质防火卷帘、复合型钢质防火卷帘、无机防火卷帘。单板式防火卷帘隔热性能很差;复合型钢质防火卷帘在隔热性能方面有较大的提高,但其隔热性能仍然远不能满足在3h内帘面背火面的平均温升不大于140℃或帘面背火面的最大温升不大于180℃的要求。无机防火卷帘隔热性好,完全满足《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》的要求,但其成本较高、缺乏有效的防盜功能。因此,有必要研制一种新型防火卷帘,使其满足防火分割的各项要求。 在普通钢质防火卷帘的基础上,得到一种改良型钢质防火卷帘,使其有更大的表面积,提高了帘板的传热效率。开发出一种新型喷头——旋转式水喷淋喷头。旋转式水喷淋喷头是以多股高速旋转的水流和直射水流在通过小口径喷嘴时,相互撞击、打碎。这些高速的细水流不用溅水盘也能分解成小水珠,水以细小水滴、雾两相状态从喷嘴喷出,对防火卷帘的帘板进行冷却,冷却效果好。 对旋转式水喷淋防火卷帘设计参数的正交试验与选择,得出最佳参数为:布水强度q=0.25L/s·m;压力P=0.20MP;喷头间距M=1.44m;喷头与帘板的距离L=0.60m;喷头的下倾角b=22°。 通过经济技术分析,结果表明旋转式水喷淋保护防火卷帘具有:构思新颖、结构简单、隔热能力强和喷水强度小、防火卷帘门成本低的优点,是一种较好的防火卷帘。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fire resistant roller shutter is the partition of fireproofing division or subarea of building, can rise the function of fireproofmg subarea, thus making it become one of the fire fight facilitiesesthe of important and indispensably in the building. Currently the local factory product of the fire resistant roller shutter,according to the type of shade plate, in principle divided into the following three type:steel fire resistant roller shutter of the single plank,compound steel fire resistant roller shutter,inorganic fire resistant roller shutter.The single plank performance of heat insulation is very bad;The compound inprove in performance of heat insulation, but it still can’t satisfy far in the 3 h that average temperature rise of the face back the fire of the shade piece is no bigger than biggest temperature rise who is 140℃ or biggest temperature rise of the face back the fire of the shade piece is no bigger than 180 ℃.The inorganic’performance of heat insulation is dood, it completely satisfy of request 《 high public building design fire prevention norm 》 , but its cost is higher and lack effectively function of guard against theft.Therefore, have the necessity to develop a sort of fire resistant roller of new type, make it contented various request of fire prevention partition.On the foundation of the common steel resistant roller shutter, get a kind of modified version steel resistant roller shutter, make it have the larger surface,and raise diathermanous efficiency of shade plate.Develop a kind of new sprinkler head-sprinkler head of rotary water sprinkler.When the high speed revolving water current and keep shoot water current pass a small caliber, bump and break into pieces mutually.The thin water current of high speeds do not need the dish of splash water and also can resolve small bead of water, water with small drop of water and fog jet from the nozzle, carry on the cooling to the shade piece of the fire resistant roller shutter , cooling effect is good.By orthogonal test and select of design parameter of fire rollershutter of rotary water sprinkler protection, get the best parameter is:the spraing intensity q=0.25L/s · m;the pressureP=0.20MP;the space between sprinkler head M=1.44m;the space between sprinkler head and flade piece L=0.60m;the declination angle of the sprinkler head b=22° . Through the analysis ofeconomic and technique, result indicate that fire roller shutter of rotary water sprinkler protection have many merits:conceiving is novel,the structure is simple,ability of heat insulation is strong ,spraing intensity is small, The cost of fire resistant roller shutter door is low ,it is a kind of preferable fire resistant roller shutter.更多还原
