全功能型光折变材料的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 光折变材料是一种新型的光功能材料,己应用于光学数据储存、光放大、空间光调制器等多方面。将光折变材料的各功能组分合成到一个大分子上是当今光折变材料发展的一个新趋势,这种材料的全功能化也大大改善了材料的性能。由于有机光敏剂的可选择范围很小,而随着纳米材料领域的发展,大量光敏性良好的无机纳米光敏剂被人们所发现,采用有机-无机纳米复合技术将无机光敏分子作为一个组分合成到具有电荷传输分子和生色团分子特性的有机基体上,从而得到一种全功能型的有机-无机纳米复合光折变材料是一种新的研究思路。 本论文的工作包括以下三个方面: (1)按照电荷转移模型设计出一种新型的既具电荷传输分子又具有生色团功能的双功能非线性光学分子,再用重氮偶合法进行聚乙烯基对硝基苯偶氮咔唑合成。利用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、元素分析对其进行表征。实验证明,重氮偶合过程中,反应时间越长,偶合率越高。采用溶解性好的溶剂也能显著提高反应的偶合率。 (2)采用两种不同的方法向具有双功能特性的基体材料中掺入CdS纳米粒子,利用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、荧光光谱,透射电镜、差热曲线对其进行表征。结果表明,通过原位生成法可以在有机基体上成功掺杂CdS,在有机网络中生成的CdS约为10nm左右,粒度均匀。 (3)探讨薄膜制备的工艺,及其各种处理条件下对薄膜性能的影响,采用Maker条纹法,测试薄膜样品的二次谐波。采用二波耦合测试装置来测量样品的二波耦合增益系数。实验证明,可以通过多层涂敷的方法来得到厚度适合的薄膜。PPJ具有二阶非线性光学性能。采用化学法制备的PPJ-CdS体系比物理法制备的体系表现出更大的二波耦合增益系数。

【Abstract】 Photorefractive material is a new optical-function material. It has been used in many fields. It is a tendency to get all the functional parts into a molecule. The full-functional can improve the capability of the material. Because of the great progress of nano-materials and category limit of organic photo-charge generator, we try to graft the inorganic generator on our double-functional molecule via a organic-inorganic complex method.The thesis consists of three parts:(4) To design a non-lining optical molecule by charge transport model. To prepare polyvinyl p-nitrobenzene azocarbazole by an azo coupling reaction. To character it by UV-VIS, IR. The experiment results prove that the reaction rate will enhance as the increase of the reaction time and the solubility.(2) To dope the nano-parties into the substrate in two different ways and use UV-VIS, IR, PL, Element analysis, Tern, DSC to analyze the structure of the material. PPJ-CdS was obtained via an ion exchange method. The structure of PPJ-CdS was characterized. The average size of the CdS nano-particle is 10nm.(3) Do the research about the process of the film preparation and the influence to the capability of the film under different conditions. To measure the SHG of the film through Maker striation method and to measure the two beam coupling through 2BC method. The experiment results prove that the suitable film with proper thickness could be prepared by multi-layer coating. The film prepared by chemical method appears more 2BC coefficient.
