基于无线网络的挖泥船机械设备远程监测系统研究

【摘要】 本课题来源于由交通部投资,长江航道局和武汉理工大学共同组织承担的“十五”国家重大技术装备项目“具有首冲功能的300方自航耙吸挖泥船研制”。本文首先分析了远程监测技术的发展及现状,然后深入的研究了船载监测系统、船岸通信系统和岸基远程监测系统及相关技术,设计开发了基于无线网络的挖泥船机械设备远程监测系统。本系统由船载监测系统、船岸通信系统和岸基远程监测系统组成。 基于虚拟仪器的船载监测系统通过PXI系列采集卡和工业计算机及以太网构建船载系统的数据采集和通信网络,利用虚拟仪器技术在Labview和SOL Server 2000平台下,采用了多种监测手段实现了对机舱和泵舱机械设备的在线监测。同时,通过船载系统的通信网络,可以在船长室、轮机长室和驾驶室通过Web浏览器对监测系统进行浏览和控制,方便了船上工作人员对系统的操作和管理。 基于GPRS的船岸通信系统以西门子的MC35IT和TC35IT作为船岸通信的GPRS和短消息调制解调器,利用GPRS和短消息技术,在VC++6.0平台下实现了船载系统和岸基系统之间的数据传输。本系统利用船岸通信程序登录GPRS网络,与通过固定IP连入Internet的岸基系统进行通信,将船载监测系统的监测数据及时发送给岸基系统,为其提供数据来源,同时接收岸上机务部门的设备维护意见和工作计划等文件,实现了船岸信息的共享。在发现故障时可以通过短消息向岸上机务人员报警,以保证得到及时的处理。 基于Web的岸基远程监测系统采用由Web浏览器、Web服务器和数据库服务器组成的三层B/S模式,利用ASP、ADO和ActiveX技术,实现了挖泥船机械设备远程监测的功能。本系统由系统登陆模块、系统监测模块、历史查询模块和系统管理模块组成,能够及时的为岸上机务人员提供挖泥船运行状况,为船上工作人员提供技术支持和维护建议。 实践证明,构建基于无线网络的挖泥船机械设备远程监测系统,紧跟无线网络技术和现代船舶技术发展的步伐,进行船载监测系统和岸基监测系统及其互联和数据传输的研究,符合船舶监测系统的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The subject is derived from the national great technical equipment project of the Tenth five-year Plan, which is invested in by the Ministry of Communications and undertook by the Yangtse River Channel Office and Wuhan University of technology. The project is the research on self-navigated and harrow-sucked dredger which has the function of wash and volume of 300 m3. The dissertation mainly researches the development of remote monitoring technology, marine monitoring system, ship-shore communication system, onshore remote monitoring system and related techniques. The remote monitoring system of dredger machinery equipment based on wireless network is designed, which is composed of marine monitoring system, ship-shore communication system and onshore remote monitoring system.The marine monitoring system based on Virtual Instruments realizes online monitoring of machinery equipments in engine room and pump room on Lab VIEW and SQL Server 2000 platform by using Virtual Instruments technique and many monitoring means. The system builds data acquisition and communication network through PXI serial Data Acquisition Card, IPC and Ethernet. It provides the function of monitoring and controling through the Web Browser in captain room, main engineer room and driving room, and this will make convenient for the operators to operate and manage the system.The ship-shore communication system based on GPRS realizes the data transmission on VC++6.0 platform by using GPRS and SMS technique. The system uses Siemens MC35IT and TC35IT as GPRS and SMS modems. It logs on GPRS network through ship-shore communication program, sends marine monitoring data to onshore system which accesses Internet with invariable IP and receives onshore working files. It ensures that the fault could be dealed with by giving an alarm to the onshore watches through SMS as soon as possible.The onshore remote monitoring system based on Web realizes the monitoring function of dredger machinery equipment by using ASP, ADO and ActiveX technique. The system adopts three layers B/S mode which is composed of Web Browser, Web Server and Database Server. It provides the working situation of dredger for the onshore watches and technical support and maintenance proposal for the marine operators immediately.It has been proved in practice that it is an inevitable trend to build the remotemonitoring system of dredger machinery equipment based on wireless network and do research on marine monitoring system, onshore monitoring system and their interconnection and data transmission according with the development of wireless network and modern shipping technology.
