基于以太网的过程控制系统远程监控技术研究

【摘要】 随着计算机网络技术的普及,世界范围内的产业结构发生了根本性的变革,促进了全球信息化的发展,在工业控制领域,控制网络技术已经成为自动化技术研究的热点。 传统的控制方案已无法满足现代化工业生产的要求,且极大地阻碍了发展的速度。所以,随着Internet技术和控制技术的相互结合,基于Internet的分布式网络控制系统作为实现现场微观控制和企业宏观决策一体化的优越模式在工业过程控制中赢得了越来越广泛的应用。 本文以陶瓷隧道窑炉监控系统为背景,讨论了一个基于工业以太网架构的过程控制远程监控系统,它综合利用了数据采集技术、计算机网络技术、通信技术及面向对象的编程技术,充分运用了Browser/Server模式和Client/Server模式各自的优点,采用了层次化、模块化的设计手段。同时,监控系统运用以太网的优势,克服现有的现场总线的劣势,用OPC技术实现了信息网络与控制网络的实时数据交互。 论文的重点放在监控系统的通信上,在分析比较了B/S与C/S后,综合利用二者各自的优势,组建了混合模式的监控系统,利用WinSocket技术、面向对象的编程技术实现了服务器端和客户端相关的系统通信、监控信息显示、报警及用户管理等功能模块。该监控系统给过程控制系统远程监控提供了一种新的思路,假以时日,远程监控技术必将运用工业乃至民用监控领域中。
【Abstract】 With the popularization of the network technology of the computer, the fundamental change has taken place in the worldwide industrial structure. It promotes the development of global informationization. In the field of industrial control, control network technology has already become the focus of automatic technical research.The traditional control scheme has been already unable to meet the demand for modernized industrial production, and has hindered the speed of development greatly. So, with the inter combination of Internet technology and control technology, distributed control network that based on internet have gained of more and more extensive application in industrial process control system, which can be as a superior mode of integration of scene micro-control and enterprise macroscopical decisions.This paper took kiln monitoring system of ceramic tunnel as the backgroud, discussed the remote monitoring system which built up on the basis of industry’s Ethernet controls. It has utilized the data acquistion technology, network technology, communication technology and object-oriented programming technology synthetically, fully used Browser/Server mode and Client/Server mode one’s own advantages, and adopted the hiberarchy and module design means. Meanwhile, the monitoring system used the advantage of Ethernet and OPC technology, overcame the inferior position of the existing fieldbus, carried out the real-time data of the control network.The key point of the thesis was put in the communication of the monitoring system. After analysed and compared the B/S and C/S, the paper utilized the two each one’s own advantages synthetically, and set up the monitoring system of mixing the mode, utilized WinSocket technology and object-oriented programming technology to achieve server systematic communication between server and customer end, and show the control information and report to the police and user person who manage function module. This monitoring system has offered a kind of new thinking in remote control system. After some time, remote controlling technology will be used extensively in industry and even in civilly.
