基于CAN总线的激光打标控制系统设计

【摘要】 课题来源于武汉某激光成套公司的激光打标系统改造工程,对于控制系统的改造是本次改造工程的核心项目。本课题的研究本着在现有的激光打标机的条件下开发出更为先进、高效、合理的控制方式的原则,针对原激光打标控制系统的控制精度不高,控制方式落后,控制工艺复杂等问题,通过先进的现场总线组态的方式实现激光打标系统的构架,改善激光打标系统的部分控制参数并提高打标质量,并且在打标质量得到保证的前提下节约硬件成本。 激光打标控制系统的现场总线接口软硬件设计和激光打标控制部件的软硬件设计是本次课题设计的重点。 文中分析了目前几种通用的激光打标控制方式并从提高激光打标打标质量和节约成本的角度出发选择了基于CAN总线的计算机+微处理器的改进型控制结构作为本系统的控制系统构架。详细分析了CAN总线控制系统的基本结构和实现方式,并实现了CAN网络适配卡设计、节点的硬件设计和底层驱动软件设计,构成了CAN总线的数据传输网络,突破了原有同类系统的数据传输瓶颈。同时在各个节点端实现了激光打标控制部件的功能设计,包括提供激光开关光信号的数字量输出、输入模块,控制激光打标频率输出的PWM控制模块,精确控制振镜移动的16位数字/模拟转换模块,电路延时模块和中控GAL模块等部分。同时本文对激光打标图形算法也进行了原理性的描述。 本次系统设计针对激光打标控制系统提出了一种新颖的控制思路,并完成了系统的整体设计。此系统已于2005年3月正式建成投入使用,目前运行稳定,打标精度和控制稳定性都有了一定的提高,得到用户的好评,从实践上证明了该系统设计的合理性、实用性和先进性。
【Abstract】 The project rooted in a certain Laser Marking whole setting company of WuHan. And the control system reconstruction is the essential part of the project.This paper has done some research to promote the capability of the Laser marking control system based on previous Laser machine. In order to solve the control problems efficiently resulted from the low control precision, complexity of the control technics. Through the advanced field bus to realize the Laser marking control system , improve some control parameters and Laser marking quality, and reduce the hardware cost at the same time.The interface of field bus designing, including the PC interface and CAN bus nodes interface, and laser mark control part designing will be the emphasis in this paper.After analyze several kinds of common laser mark control system, choose CAN as the communication protocol, and configure the system with PC and microchip. The CAN bus basic architecture and the CAN bus adapter and control node design precept are given in details, which composing the CAN bus communicate web and improve the signal communication speed and stabilization. The node card includes the several Laser marking control units. Digital signal in and out unit is the ON/OFF switch of Laser machine. PWM circuit design unit is taken to control the laser power. The Digital-Analog transmission unit is designed to control the step motor precision and time-delay circuit design and GAL programming units are given in details. And graphic arithmetic is also described at last.This paper put forward a new control ideal for the laser mark control, and the system has been put in use in March 2005, meets the need of Laser marking and works very well, obviously improve the marking precision and control stability. It not only reflects the rationality, practicability and advancement in practice, but also has the value of engineering reference.
