电动车造型艺术与工程理论研究

【摘要】 21世纪伊始,世界汽车工业又站在了革命的门槛上。虽然,汽车工业是推动社会现代化进程的重要动力;然而,汽车工业的发展也带来了环境污染愈烈和能源消耗过多两大问题。在当今世界面临能源与环境的双重危机之际,要求汽车工业提高汽车的能源使用效率,减少污染物质的排出量。但是,仅通过改善现有内燃机车的性能来解决这一问题是很困难的。开发电动汽车(简称EV,本文所讲电动车主要就指电动汽车)是解决这一问题的有效途径之一。为此,国家科技部启动了十五863电动汽车重大专项。2003年3月27日,总投入3236万美元、为时5年的我国燃料电池公共汽车商业化示范项目也正式启动。 进入二十一世纪,针对国内外企业不断大力发展电动车项目的现象,企业界及学术界对电动车都投入了极大的关注。但现阶段针对电动车的研究大部分都在工程理论和一些核心技术的研究上,忽视了作为汽车家族一员的电动车在造型艺术上同样需要给予关注和研究。本课题研究就是要在现有的电动车工程理论和实践基础上,以造型艺术为切入点,同时从艺术与科学的角度对电动车理论体系进行系统研究。力图通过对电动车造型艺术与工程理论的系统研究,分析总结出电动车的设计中造型艺术与工程的结合点。 本课题研究基于对电动车工程以及汽车造型艺术的理论成果,利用系统设计思想以及设计方法学等,对已有工业造型设计理论和电动车工程理论的研究成果进行必要的梳理和总结,形成比较系统的电动车造型艺术与工程的理论体系。首先,从电动车造型艺术系统中的物因要素、人因要素以及环境要素三方面对电动车造型艺术理论体系进行论述。其次,从电动车的能源系统、电机驱动系统、能量管理系统和充电系统对电动车工程理论体系进行论述。另外,从设计者的视角结合设计实践,研究电动车造型艺术与工程理论之间的矛盾关系,形成具有实际指导意义的理论体系,为企业的设计实践提供一些可行的思路和做法,帮助企业提高设计效果和效率。最后,本课题还结合人类行为学等理论知识综合社会发展趋势来探讨电动车的发展趋势乃至交通体系的发展趋势。

【Abstract】 At the first period of the 21st century, world cars’ the industry again stand on the revolution’s threshold. Although, the car industry is an important motive that push the society to modernization. However, the development of the car industry also brought two greatest problems that the pollution of the environment and excessive consume with energy. Nowadays the world is facing the dual crisis of the energy and environment. It requests the car industry to increase the efficiency to the energy of cars, and reduce pollution ejecting. But it is very difficult to resolve the problem only by improving the capability of current gas engine cars. It is one of the valid paths to resolve the problem that develop electricity vehicles. For this reason, the National Technology Department started the "863" Special Item of developing Electric vehicles (EV). On March 27 in the year 2003, the Country’s Fuel Cell Bus Item that inputted 3236 ten thousand dollars for hour 5 years also formally started.To the phenomenon companies going on developing EV items, and with the world going into the 21st century, the auto industry and the academe are paying great attentions to the EV. But currently most researches to EV are standing at the engineering theories and some core technologies, and the theories of EV styling arts are neglected. This research for the task wants to research the EV theory system at both views of art and science by the numbers, basing on the current EV engineering theories and practices. And summarize the relationships from the styling arts and engineering theories in EV designing, by studying the art and engineering of EV by the numbers.The research packs up and sums up the current theories result about EV engineering and car styling arts, and forms a more systematic theory system of EV engineering and car styling arts. Firstly, I discuss about the styling arts theory system of EV from three aspects: material factor, human factor, and environment factor. Secondly, I discuss about the engineering theory system of EV from these aspects: energy system, electrical engineering system, energy management system, and electrification system. Moreover, at the perspective of a designer, by studying the relationship of the styling arts and engineering of EV design, form a theory system that can guide EV design practices. And offer some viable approaches and methodsfor company design practice and help them improve design effect and increase design efficiency. Finally, this lesson also discusses about the developing trends of EV and the whole traffic system, by combining the anthropologic theory and some other theories.
