基于网络数据库的夹具图档管理系统研究

【摘要】 计算机和通信技术的迅猛发展极大地拓展了制造业的深度和广度,产生了一批新的制造哲理和制造技术,使制造业正发生着质的飞跃。随着机械制造行业中CAD/CAM/CAPP技术的应用和普及,机械制造行业科技档案中的工程图纸管理计算机化、网络化、智能化程度日益提高,这对于提高企业管理现代化水平将起到积极的作用。更为重要的是,对图纸档案和电子图档进行计算机管理也是实现CAD/CAM/CAPP的基础工作。作为重要制造信息资源之一的夹具图档资料也同样面临着信息化冲击,原有的手工管理夹具图档资料的方式已经不能满足人们对其高效管理和利用的需求了。如何借助于先进的信息技术,将图档管理从手工方式向数字化方式转变已经成为人们关心和研究的热点问题。 夹具图档的计算机管理系统可以把CAD设计的零件图纸直接存入,并为之提供丰实的图纸资料,使设计人员能直接利用已有的夹具图纸在计算机上进行改型设计和修改设计等。这给设计人员的创造性设计以极大的方便,大大地缩短了夹具设计周期,从而给生产和使用单位带来巨大的经济效益。 本文借助计算机技术、通信技术、网络技术以及数据库技术,通过对用户需求的调研,设计了夹具图档管理系统的结构,采用Visual Basic语言,以SQL Server 2000为数据库支持,开发了一套通用的网络环境下的夹具图档管理系统。该系统采用客户机/服务器的拓扑结构,具有跨平台的特点,可以根据应用的要求部署在不同的服务器上。实现了夹具图档的电子签署、归档管理、图档查询、系统管理、用户管理、统计报表等功能,界面友好、操作方便、快捷、简单适用,满足夹具图档管理的要求及工作人员的使用习惯。 在调查现有夹具图档管理方式和工作过程的基础上,采用结构化设计方法与面向对象方法相结合,对夹具图档管理系统进行设计,包括系统的拓扑结构设计、功能设计以及数据库设计等;详细讨论了夹具图档管理系统的各个功能模块及其工作流程,就系统实现过程中所用到软件系统设计模式等软件实现技术进行了讨论;采用软件工程的原理和方法对系统的设计和开发的全过程进行控制和测试,这样大大提高了软件的质量,降低了软件的开发费用。
【Abstract】 With the development of computer and information, new theories and technologies are produced by manufacturing field’s great changing. As the technologies of the CAD/CAM/CAPP are used and spread, the archive management digitalization and intelligentization of the mechanical manufacturing is imperative under the situation. It will improve the management ability of enterprises. And the most important thing is that realizing the CAD/CAM/CAPP is the base of managing all the files by using computers. As one of the important information resources, archives of fixtures are threatened by the global information waves also. The effective management and utilization are needed on the archives, but the old way cannot meet the need any more. How to change the old manual way to the digital one becomes the main point.The drawings designed by CAD can be input the system. So the designers can use the drawings saved in the system to edit. That would be a convenient way for them to design the fixtures, and can reduce the design period and the cost of the enterprises which produce it or use it.The structure of the system is designed by investigating the need of the client and fully using of the information technologies, which is included computer technology , communication technology, network technology and database technology. A universal fixtures’ archives management system in the network is developed by using VB programming language and SQL Server data base. The system uses the topo of client/ server, and can run on multiple platforms. Therefore the system can be collocated in different server and the user can access it through the Intranet. The system achieves digitalization sign of files, report design, querying, management of pigeonhole, system and customs and so on. Friendly interface, quick reaction and strong practicality of the system make the users operating easily on it.After investigating on the original way of the fixtures’ archives managing, the system is structurally developed that is including the topo design, function design and database design. Every Function modules in this system and working processes of the system are introduced in details in this paper. The system are presented including the muti-platform and software design pattern. The theories and methods of the software engineering are applied to control the process of design, development and test to improve the quality of the software and to cut the expenditure.
