【摘要】 科技企业孵化器作为科技创新支撑体系的组成部分和高新技术成果转化的重要载体,1987年至今,已经蓬勃发展了十九年。不可否认,科技企业孵化器作为专门的科技产业化服务机构,在科技创新、产业结构调整、推动经济持续发展、创造就业机会等方面具有超预期的效果和独特的潜力。目前,国内具有一定规模的各类科技企业孵化器已达500家,已经居世界前列,孵化面积、在孵企业、孵化产值、毕业企业等指标持续增长。同时,企业科技企业孵化器的目标孵化群体更趋多样化,投资主体更趋多元化,运行机制更趋灵活性,孵化服务更趋深层次和专业化,科技企业孵化器不再是抽象的概念,已经成为一种新的社会经济发展组织。通过建立企业科技企业孵化器推动高新技术企业的创立和成长,已引起了各国政府的高度重视,国内外专家与学者都进行了大量的研究。迄今为止,国内外专门针对科技企业孵化器发展原理的研究并不多,更多的研究只是停留在关于科技企业孵化器的定义、分类、功能、发展趋势比较等方面。鉴于这种现状,拟定此论文。本论文研究的主要内容是:第一章介绍了科技企业孵化器的概念与特征,详细分析了科技企业孵化器在国内外的研究现状,并介绍了本文的主要研究内容与研究方法。第二章在对科技企业孵化器的创新功能分析的基础上,探讨了科技企业孵化器的技术创新作用机理。第三章结合高新技术产业化理论,分析了科技企业孵化器的产业要素、产业特征、产业前景与产业途径,并阐述了科技企业孵化器的产业化与高新技术产业化之间的关系,进而探讨了科技企业孵化器的产业流程与产业特点。第四章以增长极理论为依据,分析了科技企业孵化器作为增长极对区域经济的推动作用。结合区位优势原理,分析了科技企业孵化器营造的区域创新环境,详细分析了科技企业孵化器对区域经济发展的重要影响。第五章遵循综合性、系统性、层次性的原则,设计了科技企业孵化器管理绩效的评价体系,进行定量计算,使得科技企业孵化器的管理科学化和合理化。第六章对宁波市江东区科技园区创业服务中心的运营与发展进行了分析,并提出进一步发展的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the component of the scientific and technical innovation supporting system and the important carrier of the high-new technological achievement transform, The incubator of scientific and technological enterprise had already grown vigorously for 19 years so far from 1987. Regarded as the special scientific and technological industrialization service organization, it is undeniable that the incubator of scientific and technological enterprise has ultra-anticipated result and unique potentiality in scientific and technical innovation, industrial structure adjustment, the sustained economic development, such respects as the employment opportunity creating, etc. At present, all kinds of incubators with certain scale have up to 500 in China, has already occupied and arranged before the world, the indexes of the hatching area, the incubated enterprise, the hatching output, graduated enterprises etc. increase continuously . Meanwhile, the incubator already becomes a kind of new social economic development institution, its goal enterprise is becoming diversification, investment subject is getting pluralism, operating mechanism is more flexibility, hatching service is deeper and more specialized, it is not the abstract concept again.Through setting up the enterprise incubator to promote the new high-tech enterprise establishment and growth, has already caused the great attention of the governments of many countries, domestic and international experts and scholars have carried on a large amount of research. Until now, it is few to research the developing principle of enterprise incubators specially, more to study in the definition, classification, function, development trend etc. In view of the current situation, draft this thesis. Main content that this thesis studies is:Chapter one introduces the concept and characteristic of the incubator of scientific and technological enterprise, analyses the current studied situation in detail on the incubator of scientific and technological enterprise of both domestic and international, and suggests the main research contents and approach of this paper.Chapter two discusses the technological innovation principle of the incubator on the basis of analyzing the innovative function of the incubator and analyses the technological innovation environment that the incubator builds.Chapter three analyses industry key factors, industry characteristic, industry prospect and industry way of the incubator combining the industrialization theory of the new and high technology, explains the relation between incubatorindustrialization and high-technology industrialization, and then discusses the industry procedure of the incubator and industry procedure characteristic.Chapter four analyses incubator the impetus to the regional economy with regarded as the economy growth pole, on basis of growth pole theory. Combining the advantage principle in the position, discusses the innovative environment that incubator builds, analyses the important influence on regional economic development of the incubator in detailChapter five designs the appraisal system of managing performance of the incubator of scientific and technological enterprise, according to comprehensive, systematicness, level principle.
