台阶截面环件轧制工艺及CAD研究

【摘要】 环件轧制是连续局部塑性成形工艺,它具有省时、节能、生产率高、生产成本低、产品范围广等显著特点,成为各种优质无缝环件零件的主要加工方法。 在环件轧制工艺方面,有关设计手册尚未完整的给出环件轧制的设计方案,进行台阶截面环件和矩形截面环件的轧制需要解决毛坯设计、模具设计和工艺参数设计等方面的问题,毛坯设计对环件轧制质量影响较大,目前对于矩形截面毛坯设计和外台阶截面毛坯设计还没有完整的设计方法。 在环件轧制CAD方面,国内大多数厂家仍处于人工设计阶段,很少使用专门的设计软件,环件轧制设计系统的开发和研究大大滞后于实际生产的需求,这极大地制约了环件轧制技术的发展和应用,阻碍了环件轧制设计质量和设计效率的提高。 本文根据环件轧制生产及应用特点,介绍了环件轧制设计流程,并在此基础上详细阐述了轧制模具设计和工艺参数设计。基于环件轧制理论和实践经验,提出了矩形截面环件和外台阶截面环件的毛坯设计新方法,给出了具体的毛坯设计方案。 在详细分析环件轧制设计特点和国内外环件轧制CAD研究现状的基础上,对环件轧制设计系统的理论和方法进行了的研究。通过分析当前CAD设计技术面临的问题,研究了面向大规模定制的设计方法,在此基础上阐述了大规模定制设计模式的内涵、设计效果和设计流程。基于环件轧制设计特点和CAD系统的需求分析,结合面向大规模定制的设计方法,详细分析和介绍了环件轧制设计系统的基本需求、基本体系结构、数据流图、功能结构和设计流程。 应用对分法原理研究了矩形截面环件毛坯设计方法,实现了对分法的算法程序,提高了毛坯设计质量和设计效率。设计开发了环件轧制设计系统,系统包括菜单设计、对话框设计和主要功能模块设计,并且以矩形截面环件轧制设计为例给出了具体应用实例。 本文对研究成果进行了总结,分析了环件轧制设计系统的研究趋势,通过环件轧制设计模块的有机结合、环件轧制CAD/CAM/CAE的一体化和专家系统的建立,系统将更好的适应环件轧制技术的发展和环件轧制设计智能化、集成化和规范化的需要。
【Abstract】 Ring rolling is a progressive partial plastic forming technology, which is of many characteristics such as saving forming force and production cost, increasing utilization ratio of energy and material, rising productivity, widening processing range of ring products etc. As a result, ring rolling has become the main manufacturing method of many kinds of superior seamless ring parts.The lack of a comprehensive design project limits ring rolling implementation and application in current practical manufacture. The influence of blank design which is lack of specific design method on the rolling quality of ring with stepped cross section and ring with rectangle cross section is obvious. The problems such as blank design, ring rolling groove design, technological parameter design need to be solved during the rolling of ring with stepped cross section and ring with rectangle cross section.At present, computer aided design software for ring rolling design is applied in few companies instead manual design method is still adopt in most domestic companies. The research and development of ring rolling design system has been badly behind with requirement of practical production, which has seriously held back the development and application of ring rolling technology and retarded improvement of ring rolling design quality and productivity.The study in the dissertation has introduced ring rolling design process and elaborated ring rolling groove design and technological parameter design in accordance with features of ring rolling production and application. The blank design method for ring with rectangle cross section is derived based on the ring rolling theory and practical experience.The theory and method of ring rolling design system have been made a deep study based on detailed analysis of ring rolling design feature and CAD research status quo of domestic and foreign ring rolling in this paper. Through analyzing the problems facing current CAD system, the design method for mass customization is discussed. The connotation of design for mass customization, design effect and process, are introduced base on above in detail, and design theory for ring rolling design system are given in this paper. The primary demand for this system, primary architecture, data flow chart, functional structure, and design process are analyzed and introduced in detailed.Through studying blank design method for ring with rectangle cross section by bisection algorithm, the bisection algorithm routine which is realized. The ringrolling design system including menu design, dialog box design and main functional module design is developed. A rolling design example of application for ring with rectangle cross section is finally given.The results of research are summarized, and the research trend of ring rolling design system is analyzed. Through integrating modules of design system, CAD/CAM/CAE integration for ring rolling, establishment of expert systems, the design system will more adapt the development of ring rolling technology and supply the needs of intelligentization, integration, standardization for ring rolling design.
