基于虚拟样机的门座起重机组合臂架系统动力学仿真研究

【摘要】 港口的发展对港口机械的要求也越来越高,因此港口装卸机械的设计计算方法需要不断地更新、充实和完善,使港口机械向更注重功能性、经济性、可靠性和安全性的方向发展。长期以来,港口装卸机械的设计方法多采用静态设计为主,并没有有效的动态仿真设计新方法。在港口机械研制过程中引入虚拟样机技术可以实现计算机对起重机各机构在各种工况下随载荷变化的运行状态及随时间变化过程的仿真模拟,得到仿真输出参数和结果,以此来估计和准确推断实际运行的各种数据,对港口机械进行动态分析和计算有一定参考价值。从而为将来起重机虚拟设计的研究打下基础,为起重机的创新设计和优化设计提供先进的技术支持,这对于加快起重机械研制周期、降低研制成本,都具有重要的意义。 本文基于虚拟样机技术,利用ADAMS软件平台,建立了门座起重机组合臂架系统的三维数字化虚拟样机,并对其进行了较为系统的多体系统动力学仿真分析,实现了计算机对组合臂架系统在各种工况下随载荷变化的运行状态及随时间变化过程的仿真模拟,得到的相关仿真分析数据对于门座起重机组合臂架系统动态设计提供了有效的手段,论文的主要内容包括: 根据起重机动力学理论,建立了相关动力学模型,确定了在不同工况下的动力载荷;使用三维实体造型软件UG,建立了组合臂架系统的三维实体模型,并将组合臂架系统的三维实体模型顺利导入ADAMS软件,在对各个部件施加约束和力后,进行了多刚体系统动力学三维可视化仿真分析:对臂架结构进行模态分析,从而了解臂架的动态特性,提取了前几阶固有频率、主振型图,并对结果进行了分析:利用Ansys软件与ADAMS软件的双向接口,把臂架柔性化,建立组合臂架系统的刚柔耦合虚拟样机,在不同工况下,进行了刚柔耦合系统动力学仿真的初步研究。 总之,门座起重机组合臂架系统的虚拟样机研究,是先进的设计、分析、仿真技术应用于门座起重机设计中的初步尝试,为设计经济、可靠、稳定的高性能门座起重机提供了有力的工具和实现方法。

【Abstract】 With the development of ports, the requirement of port machinery is higher and higher. So design calculation method of loading and unloading machine need to be renewed, substantiated and consummated constantly to make port machinery more functional, economic, reliable and safe. For a long time, the design method of loading and unloading machine of port mostly adopts the static design and has no valid method of dynamic emulation. Adopting technique of virtual prototype in study of port machinery can realize emulation that the running state of each mechanism under various working conditions which varies according to load and the process which varies according to time. Results from the emulation are used to estimate and judge different data of actual movement. It also has some reference value for the dynamic anasysis and caculation of port machinery. What have mentioned above provide the foundation for emulation design study of crane and provide technique support for the creative design and optimization of crane. It plays an important part in quickening the development cycle and reducing the cost.This paper bases on the technique of virtual prototype and utilizes software platform of ADAMS to establish three-dimensional digitized virtual prototype of double link jib system of portal crane and systematically do its analysis of dynamics emulation of multi-body system. It realizes that emulation of double link jib system under different working conditions. Related data that is got in the emulational analysis offers effective methods on dynamic design of double link jib system of portal crane. Main contents of the paper are as follows:It establishes related dynamics models and ascertains dynamics load under different working conditions according to dynamics theories; Adopt three-dimens _ional solid modeling software of UG to establish three-dimensional models of double link jib system and lead them to software of ADAMS. Then, add loads and force on every component and do theirs analysis of dynamics emulation of multi-body system; Do modal analysis on jib system to find out dynamic features of jib, extract free frequency of first few phases and main mode figures and do their analysis; Use bi-directional interface between software of Ansys and software of ADAMS to make jib flexible and establish rigid coupling virtual prototype of doublelink jib system. Finally, study the dynamic emulation of rigid coupling system.In a word, virtual prototype study of double link jib system of portal crane is a trial that apply advanced design, analysis, emulation techniques in design of portal crane and offers efficient tool and method to design portal crane that is economic, credible, stable and high performance.
