我国汽车旅馆发展模式研究

【摘要】 汽车旅馆在西方国家很普遍,十分受旅行者的欢迎。在经过了80年的发展历程,具有成熟发展模式。然而,由于汽车旅馆发展所需的特殊条件以及所服务的消费群体,在我国没有合适发展空间,汽车旅馆一直没有作为一种饭店形式存在。然而近几年随着我国汽车工业的发展以及私家车的增多,高速公路网的不断完善,以及旅游形势持续火爆,自驾车旅游的盛行,物流的增长,都为汽车旅馆的发展提供了合适的土壤,因此具备了发展汽车旅馆的初步经济条件。但是我国不同西方国家的国情,决定了我国的汽车旅馆在很大程度上有着自己独有的特色。但是汽车旅馆作为一种新型的饭店形式,具有强劲的生长力和自我发展能力,其运作更需要科学的理论指导,因而对它的研究有着广阔的空间。 本文首先从我国经济、旅游、汽车消费等等多方面积极的发展态势入题,对我国发展汽车旅馆业的经济环境进行可行性分析,然后归纳出我国汽车旅馆存在的三种发展模式及分别存在的问题,同时具体阐述了我国发展汽车旅馆的障碍及潜力;接着通过关注国外汽车旅馆的发展历程和现在发展规划,总结出国外汽车旅馆的发展规律,并通过比较研究,在我国的具体国情下,现有的三种汽车旅馆模式发展前景,最后为如何实现可持续发展、摸索有中国特色汽车旅馆发展模式提出了一些设想。 具体而言,本文的行文结构如下: 第一章:介绍了本文的选题背景、相关文献研究以及研究内容和意义。 第二章:美国是汽车旅馆的发源国,通过与美国汽车旅馆发展的历史背景对比,论证了我国的经济发展程度已具备了发展汽车旅馆的初步条件。 第三章:把我国目前存在汽车旅馆归纳为三种模式,即路边店、新型汽车旅馆、高速公路服务区,然后对这三种模式发展现状及存在问题进行解析,确立了本文的研究角度和内容。 第四章:回顾国外汽车旅馆发展历程,归纳了西方汽车旅馆发展模式,通过国内外对比研究,总结国外成功的发展模式对我国发展汽车旅馆的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The motel is very general in the western countries, received favourably very much by tourists. Through the development of 80 years, the motel has mature development models. Because of special development conditions and consuming groups that motel needs , the motel does not exist as a kind of hotel in China . But the demand on the private car increases in recent years with the development of auto industry of our country, the high-way network constructs gradually, and traveling prevails continuously, which have offered the suitable spaces for the motel .So China has possessed the preliminary economic conditions that motel needs. But the national conditions differentiate from that of western countries , it is determined that the motel has unique characteristic in our country to a great extent. Motel has powerful growth strength and self-development ability as a kind of new-type hotel form, so its operation needs scientific theoretical direction even more, and there is wide space to study it.This article starts from many positive aspects such as economy ,turisim , automobile consumption, and carries on feasibility analysis to developing motel in China, then sums up three development models that exist in our country ,and then differentiates the existing problems, explains obstacle and potentiality that our country develops motel concretly ,then pays a close attention to development strategy the international groups , summarizes the rule of development of motel . Through relatively studying, the article predicts the development prospects of three motel models under the concrete national conditions of our country. At last , to realize sustainable development, the article tries to get out of pamper imagination according to Chinese characteristics motel.This article is composed of five parts:First part : It is introduction. It introduces the background of the thesis, researches of relevant documents, and contents and significance of this thesis.Second part : Motel originates from America,. Contrasting with the historical background of motel development in America ,it promises that China takespreliminary terms to develop motel.The third part: The article sums up three models at present in our country, namely roadside cabins, new-type motel, high-way service area, then analyzes these current situations of three models , and establishes the research angles to this article.The fourth part: It reviews the development course of motel and summarizes the successful development models of the motel.The fifth part : According to these problems, the article puts forward the constructive suggestions, and slightly carries on the framework to the overall development of the motel ,finally finishes the whole text with the question that developing the motel should pay attention to.As for China, the motel is at the starting stage. As the fresh thing, the motel has not even been known by the public yet. The thesis aims at offering the guidance to practice, and hopes to bring industry and academia’s attention, and strengthens the cognition to the motel.更多还原
