PBT绒类针织产品的开发与性能研究

【摘要】 PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯),是由1,4丁二醇(BG)和对苯二甲酸(TPA)缩聚而成的一种芳香族聚酯。PBT纤维具有较好的弹性、尺寸稳定性和良好的耐久性,染色性能优异。PBT纤维及其制品的手感柔软,耐磨性和纤维卷曲性好,拉伸弹性和压缩弹性极好。PBT纤维是一种性能优良的纤维,拓宽PBT纤维的在服装领域之外的应用就显得非常必要。在本课题中,我们致力于PBT绒类针织产品的开发和性能研究,探讨PBT在车用装饰类纺织品领域中的应用前景,为今后PBT纤维在车用绒类针织产品中的应用提供有用的依据。 针织绒类织物具有许多优良特性如:手感柔软、延伸性优良、透气性好、外观豪华,因此它越来越多的被应用于车用纺织品领域。在本论文中我们讨论了PBT绒类织物的生产工艺,染色以及后整理工艺,并且重点对绒类织物毛绒的抗倒伏性能作了详细的分析。本文的具体内容如下: 1.PBT原料性能的研究:测定了PBT纤维的各项力学性能以及长丝的弹性恢复性能、疲劳性能、收缩率等,为PBT用作绒类织物的绒毛纤维提供性能依据; 2.研究PBT绒类织物的生产工艺:根据PBT纱线的特性,特别是其优良的弹性性能,确定其不同于普通绒类织物的编织工艺以及编织流程,优化了工艺参数; 3.探讨了PBT绒类织物染色以及后整理工艺:从染色工艺、定形温度等方面对PBT绒类织物的染整工艺进行了探讨; 4.对PBT绒类织物毛绒的抗倒伏性能进行了分析:详细讨论了毛绒的倒伏过程,倒伏机理,制定了三种测试毛绒倒伏性能的实验方案,进行PBT绒类织物压缩试验和摩擦试验,从试验中得知,重复弯曲是导致绒类织物毛绒倒伏的关键外因所在,而PBT绒类织物能够发挥PBT纤维的优良特性,具有很好的抗倒伏性能。分析了各个工艺参数如织物组织、密度、毛绒高度对PBT绒类针织物倒伏性能的影响; 5.织物其他性能的研究:测定并分析了PBT绒类织物各项指标,如强伸性能、耐磨性、抗起球性能、透气性等性能。

【Abstract】 PBT is a kind of aromatic polyester made by the polycondensation of TPA and BG, it has good elasticity, dimensional stability, durability, and can be dyed easily. The PBT fiber is soft, friction-resistant, crispate, and it has good elasticity of elongation and compression. Since the PBT fiber has so many outstanding properties, it’s necessary to widen its applications besides the garment field. In this thesis, we try to study the properties of PBT pile fabrics and use them as the automobile textile and decorating fabrics. We hope we can offer the information on the use of PBT in the knitted pile fabrics.Knitted pile fabrics are becoming more and more popular in the automotive textiles field because of their desirable properties such as soft handle, excellent elongation, air permeability and elegant appearance. In this thesis, we discuss the knitting, dyeing and finishing technology of the PBT pile fabric and we pay some emphasis on the lodging resistance. What we have done are as followed:l.In order to make sure if the PBT can be used in the pile fabrics, the mechanical properties of the PBT fiber and yarns were tested, including the elasticity, tension fatigue and shrinkage and etc.2.According to the characteristic of the PBT, especially its prominent elasticity, we have worked out the knitting technology of the PBT file fabric which is different from the common file fabrics, the knitting parameters were improved.3.The dyeing and finishing technology were studied in this thesis such as the dyeing process and the temperature of the thermosetting.4.We analyzed the lodging resistance of the PBT file fabrics in detail, after we discussed the process and the principle of the lodging, we designed three method to test the lodging resistance, according to the compression and friction test, it was found that repeat bending can make great destroy to the pile and is responsible for thelodging. But PBT file fabric has good characteristics on lodging resistance because of the well-known property of PBT fiber. And the relationship between the knitting parameter such as density, the height of the pile and lodging resistance were analyzed. 5.Other performances of the fabrics such as the breaking elongation, friction resistance, pilling resistance, the air and moisture permeability were tested.Postgraduate: Wu Min (Major: Textile Engineering) Supervised by: Prof. Shen Wei
