【摘要】 太湖流域望虞河西岸的水环境问题由来已久,引江济太工程的实施使该问题更加凸现出来,大量污水不能排泄造成局部地区水环境恶化;同时污水的汇入又使得引江济太的功能不能充分发挥。针对这种状况,解决望虞河西岸区域的污水出路及水环境问题迫在眉睫。本文首先介绍了引江济太工程与望虞河西岸水环境之间的关系;然后重点从区域控制的角度,以常熟市望虞河西岸地区为例,结合常熟市水资源综合规划项目原型调水试验的实测数据,分析了调水对研究区域水环境的影响,建立了适合研究区域的感潮河网水量水质模型并通过模型提出了相应的排水出路;比较分析了不同排水流量、排水出路和截污状况对研究区域水量和水环境的影响,得出了较优方案;最后根据区域控制的实际情况,提出了必须建立新的实现流域管理和区域控制相结合的治水思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water environment issue about the West Wangyu River in Tai Hu basin has been long concerned, and it stood out further more due to the implement of the project of water diversion from Yangtze River to Taihu basin. The water environment of some areas has been worsened because a large number of sewages can’t be discharged. And at the same time the function of project can’t be fully exerted as a result of the sewage inflow. All in all it is extremely urgent to find the solution to the problems about the sewage outlet and water environment of the West Wangyu River.The paper first introduced the relation between the project of water diversion from YangtzeRiverr to Taihu basin and water environment of the West Wangyu River. Then taking the West Wangyu river in Changshu city for example in terms of regional control and combining field scale transferring water experiment of water resource comprehensive planning project of Changshu city, the paper analyzed the influences to water environment of studying region by water diversion, and established the mathematical model of hydraulics and water quality on tidal river network which is suitable to research area. On the basis of established model, the corresponding water drainage outlet has been put forward. The influences of different drainage discharge, drainage outlet and infectant cutting in studying region to the water environment have been compared and analyzed, and a more excellent scheme has been drawn. Finally, according to the actual conditions of regional control, the paper put forward that the new idea of water harnessing must be set up to realize the conversion of the combination of basin management with regional control.更多还原
