现场总线在水电站机组控制中的应用

【摘要】 随着控制技术的发展,以集中管理、分散控制为核心思想的集散控制系统(DCS)越来越不能满足用户的要求。现场总线控制系统FCS正是顺应了用户要求,采用了现场总线这一开放的、可互连的网络技术将现场的各种控制器和仪表设备相互连接,把控制功能彻底下放到现场,降低了安装成本和维护费用。因此FCS系统实质上是一种开放的、可以互连的、彻底分散的分布式控制系统。现在现场总线技术正逐渐成为自动化领域的发展热点之一。本文通过研究水电站机组控制的要求,研究了采用PROFIBUS现场总线进行现场级的通信控制的可行性,并进行了相关软硬件的设计、开发。首先,本文对PROFIBUS现场总线技术的特点和优点等进行了介绍,阐述了PROFIBUS-DP的基本特性、协议结构、传输技术和总线存取协议等。对PROFIBUS-DP物理层、数据链路层和应用层的传输过程进行了分析。然后,根据水电站机组控制的要求,描述了采用从站专用集成芯片SPC3和SPM2开发PROFIBUS-DP智能从站的系统设计方法,包括从站硬件电路的设计、软件的设计、设备数据库文件(GSD)的编写和智能从站的软硬件调试。最后,利用SIEMENS公司提供的PROFIBUS-DP系统软硬件设备和开发的PROFIBUS-DP智能从站构建了一套系统,用VC++开发了自己的用户程序。该课题研究开发的PROFIBUS-DP智能从站节点达到了最初的设计要求,实现了PROFIBUS-DP智能从站要求的基本功能,并成功的连入了PROFIBUS-DP系统。这为今后进行更加深入的研究打下了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 With the development of control technology, Distributed Control System based on the core thought of centralized management and distributed control don’t meet the customers’ requirement. However Fieldbus Control System adapts to the customers’ requirement. Because this opened and interlinked net technology is accepted,which connects with each other among every controller and instrument and scatters the control function to understratum completely, it reduces the cost of installation and maintenance. Therefore, in essence FCS is a kind of opened ,interlinked and completely scattered distributed control system.Nowadays, FCS technology has been becoming one of the hottest realm in automation area.Via studying the need of hydropower station sets control system, this paper researches the feasibility of carrying out local grade communication control by using PROFIBUS FCS technology and designs and develops the related hardware and software.At first,the paper introduces the characteristic and merit of PROFIBUS FCS technology.It analyzes the basic characteristic, the protocol architecture, the transmission technology and the access protocol of PROFIBUS-DP.At the same time, the paper analyzes the transmission process of physics layer,data and link layer and application layer.Afterwards, on the basis of the need of hydropower station sets control system the paper describes the systemic design method of the intelligent slave with SPC3 and SPM2,including hardware and software design of the intelligent slave,the GSD file edit and the debugging of intelligent slave.At last,a system is established with PROFIBUS devices from SIEMENS and the tapped intelligent slave.We develop the application program with Microsoft VC++.The tapped PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave achieved the original design requirement and completed the preliminary basic function.And now,it is connectedto PROFIBUS-DP system successfully.It is a good base for the future in-depth research of PROFIBUS.
