城市化与生态化视角的生态城市建设机理研究

【摘要】 本文从城市发展的趋势—生态城市这一现实问题着眼,总结生态城市的理论研究以及生态城市相关实践的经验,对生态城市的概念、内涵和特征,生态城市建设的理论依据,以及生态城市建设实践进展、生态城市建设的动力机制,进行了系统阐述;对生态城市建设实践中的误区和存在的问题作了综合的归纳总结。 从城市化和发展的生态转型的视角对生态城市建设的机理进行了探讨。并且对北京市1991—2002年的生态城市建设能力做了系统多层次分析和比较,从城市化与生态化两个大的维度,从社会城市化,经济城市化,人口与空间城市化和生态环境水平、生态压力、生态抗逆能力等层面和角度,运用相关分析、主成分分析和回归分析等方法对生态城市建设能力做了深入分析,探讨和揭示了生态城市建设的机理。 具体来说:全文由四个章节构成。第一章对生态城市概念、内涵、特征,生态城市建设的基本原则,生态城市建设的理论依据等基本理论问题进行了综论。对国内外生态城市建设实践中存在的一些问题情况做了批判性的总结。第二章从城市化、生态化与生态城市建设之间相互关系的角度,阐述了生态化和城市化是生态城市建设的关键、实践途径和动力机制。第三章主要涉及生态城市建设能力的定量分析评价,介绍主要的评价方法、指标体系的构建。 第四章是本文的重点,以北京为实际例子,对生态城市建设能力,从城市化、生态化两大维度,以及社会城市化,经济城市化,人口与空间城市化和生态环境水平、生态压力、生态抗逆能力6大功能团,并且选择工业、农业、人口等典型要素,这样一个从整体——子系统——子功能团——要素的多维层面定性与定量相结合分析了北京市在生态城市建设能力诸方面的相互关系与发展态势。 最后是本文的结论,对本文的特色、不足作了分析。

【Abstract】 This paper focus on the practical problem of ecocity, which is the modern development tendency of urban, concludes the experiences of theoretical research , empirical research of ecological city ,and practice of ecocity, and systemmaticaly formulated the mechanism of construction of ecocity from aspects of concepts, connotations and characteristics ,and the theoretical foundations, orientations ,goals , principles ,driving forces of construction of ecocity. And Beijing , the capital of china ,is taken for an example to be evaluated the capacity of construction of ecocity.This paper is divided into 5 chapters. Chapter 1 mainly conludes the connotation , concept and characteristics of ecological city. Chapter 2 formulate the mechanism of construction of ecological city from aspects of urbanization and ecological transition. Chapter 3 introduce the constructional method of index system of ecological city. Chapter 4 is the quantitive analysis of assessment of the capacity of ecological construction of Beijing from 1991 to 2002. And the analysis is from multiple levels: two macro aspects, which is the urbanization and ecological transition ; and from the 6 sub level of subsystems, which is urbanization of population and space, urbanization of economy, urbanization of society, situation of ecological environment, pressure of entironment, capacity of ecological support; and several key issues ,which is industrial economy and waste discharge, urbanization and daily life water use, agricultural economy and chemical fertilizer utilization.
