【摘要】 知识经济的到来,不仅使社会生产结构和生活方式得到了改变,同时也推动了我国竞技体育事业的发展。竞技体育融入学校体育的领域是当今世界体育发展的一大特点,我国高校成立高水平运动队,正是适应了这种发展趋势的需要。 高校竞技体育运动水平的提高与发展,是我国实现竞技运动战略目标强有力的支持。培养具有高竞技水平、高文化知识、高质量专业素质的“智能”型运动员,是我国竞技体育未来发展道路的必然趋势。我国高校高水平运动队经历了 10 几年的发展,高校高水平运动队还处在不断完善和发展之中。长期以来,由于受计划经济的束缚,使高校高水平运动队的竞技水平始终处于业余运动员水平,大学生运动员尚无法完成在国际、国内赛场上的职责,而国外大学生运动员却有所不同,这是不争的事实。 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对大量相关资料进行分析和对有关专家进行访谈,根据高校高水平运动队的培养目标,对我国高校高水平运动队现状进行深入的调查和了解,从调查结果分析中发现,制约我国高校高水平运动队发展的关键是管理体制的不健全。因此笔者认为我国高校高水平运动队管理的改革势在必行,而如何对我国高校高水平运动队管理重新定位是改革的首要问题,也是亟待解决的问题。本文在阐述目前我国高校高水平运动队的发展现状的同时,分析我国高校高水平运动队管理所存在的主要问题及其原因,实现我国高校高水平运动队管理改革的创新,旨为对我国高校高水平运动队管理改革提供有益的参考和指导,推动我国高校高水平运动队的良性发展,提高我国高校高水平运动队竞技水平献计献策;为职能领导部门制定方针和对策,为我国高校高水平运动队的健康发展提供理论依据。同时,对培养我国高校优秀竞技体育人才,提高我国体育人才的整体素质,推动我国高校竞技运动水平的不断提高,实现我国竞技体育发展的需要具有重要的理论和实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The arrival of the knowledge-based economy, not only made the structure of the society produce and life styles got the change, also pushed the development of the our country’ tournament athletics business. The tournament athletics being melt into the realm of schools’ athletics is a big characteristic of the athletics development of the world nowadays, the universities of our country establishes the high level sport brigade just to adapt the demand of this kind of development trend exactly. The exaltation and developments of the tournament athletics level are the powerful support to realize strategic target of the tournament athletics. It is the inevitable trend of the tournament athletics future development road of our country that we must cultivate the “intelligence” athletes with high tournament level, high cultural knowledge and high professional quantity. The high-level sport brigades in our country’s universities have had the development experiences for more than 10 years, and they still are placed in the continuous perfection developments. It is the undisputable fact that the high-level sport brigades in universities had been placed in the amateur athlete level by being tie up by the planned economy and the universities’ student athlete couldn’t complete the responsibilities in nations matches or local field’s for long time, but the students athletes in foreign universities are quiet different. This literary uses the research method of the cultural heritage data method, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation method, the interviewing expert method, mathematics statistics etc. to investigate and understand the present condition of high level sport brigades of universities in our country according to it’s training target by analyzing a great deal of related data and interviewing the relevantly experts. We can find that the key point that it check and supervise the development of the high-level sport brigades in our country’s universities is the non-soundness of the management system from the investigation result. So the writer think that the management of high-level sport brigades in our country’s universities must be reformed, and the initial problem of the reformation is the relocation of the management of the high-level sport brigades in our country’s universities, and it’s be carried on as soon as possible. The writer analyses the main problems and their reasons of the management of the high-level sport brigades in our country’s universities when elaborate their present development condition to realize the innovation of management of the high-level sport brigades in our country’s universities. The aim is that dedicates stratagems to provides the beneficial reference and leads of management reformation of the high-level sport brigades in our country’s universities, to push their positive developments, to raise their level, to provide the theories basises of the healthy development of level-high sport brigades and of making policy and stratagems by leading departments. At the same time, this article has important theories and practice meanings of cultivating excellent tournament athletes in universities, of raising the whole character of athletics talented persons in our country, pushing our universities tournament level’s continuous raise and carrying out demand of our country’s tournament athletics developments.更多还原
