【摘要】 本研究以我国优秀男子 110 米跨栏跑运动员,雅典奥运会金牌获得者刘翔的 110 米跨栏跑技术为研究对象,在比赛现场使用 4 台索尼摄像机对刘翔 110 米跨栏跑进行了正面、正侧面定点同步拍摄,完整记录刘翔跨栏跑的技术情况,并对所获取的影像资料利用爱捷录像分析系统进行影片解析与平滑处理,将解析出的技术参数与现代跨栏跑技术原理中所要求的技术参数以及跨栏跑优秀运动员美国的阿兰.约翰逊、拉脱维亚的奥利加斯等人的分栏时间和速度、过栏时间、栏间 3 步时间等技术参数进行全面的比较、分析。本文研究的目的是通过研究刘翔跨栏跑技术运动学指标的变化,对其技术运动学特征进行深入的研究,分析寻找出刘翔 110 米跨栏跑的技术特征与规律,为刘翔和其他运动员的训练提供借鉴。研究结果表明: 1.刘翔的最高栏间速度超过了 2003 年法国巴黎世界田径锦标赛前 8 名的运动员平均最高分栏速度,保持高速度过栏的区间数也同其他优秀运动员相当,具备了战胜世界顶尖高手的实力。 2.刘翔栏间 3 步跑的的步频能力、终点冲刺能力要稍强于世界其他优秀运动员。 3.刘翔起跨攻栏速度快,支撑时间短,起跨角度小、但身体重心腾起角大,腾空过栏的速度并不快。 4.下栏着地时摆动腿直腿下栏,着地角度大,着地距离近,着地瞬间摆动腿踝关节角度大,踝关节被动缓冲不明显,缓冲幅度小,重心支撑位置高,支撑时间短,有利于栏间水平速度的发挥。 5.刘翔栏间 3 步总长及跨栏步步长与世界优秀运动员相比较,基本情况一致,起跨攻栏距离与下栏着地距离之比非常接近理论上的理想比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using 4 SONY high-speed video cameras and analytic recorders on Liu Xiang, a top male hurdler of our country, who gains the gold medal of the Olympic Games in Athens. We record synchronously from positive and side for three times in a fix position absolutely then compare the staged parameters. Compare the hurdle technique parameters with other top 110m hurdlers’ technique in world track and field championship. The goal is to study the sports deeply and do good to other hurdlers. The result shows: 1. The highest speed between hurdles of Liu Xiang surpass the average speed of the other 8 top 110m hurdlers’ technique in world track and field championship in Paris France 2003 . The number of the clearance of hurdles in a high speed is as many as others. 2. The stride frequency ability of the three strides between hurdles, burst of speed are some better than others. 3. Liu Xiang’s consciousness of the takeoff and attack into the hurdles is strong, support phase is short, take-off angle is small, but the body’s center of gravity flight angle is big and his hurdle time is not fast. 4. Liu Xiang’s straightened swing-leg when land, land angle is big, land distance is near, his swing-leg’s arthrosis angel is big when land, ankle passive cushion is not distinctness, cushion range is small, support position is high, and the distance of landing is near. 5.Liu Xiang’s length of three stride between hurdles and stride over hurdles is coherent contrasted with the excellent athlete in the world , the ratio of the distance of take-off and attack the hurdles and landing distance is nearly to the ideal one.更多还原
