室内空气质量与人体疾病及评价模型研究

【摘要】 人们超过 80%的时间在室内度过,室内空气品质(IAQ)的好坏极大的影响着人们的生产和生活,而国内外的调查表明众多建筑的室内空气品质存在较大问题,因此开展对室内空气品质及其与人体疾病的研究十分必要。本文探讨了与室内污染与人体健康的关系,并开展了对长春市省医院、市医院等大医院1996-2003年间和延边市市医院 1994-2004 年以来儿童白血病发病情况与室内环境污染的调查与研究,在研究过程中发现:室内污染与儿童白血病具有很好的相关性,尤其在 15 岁以下年龄段的发病率占年发病患者的 40%左右,从而为室内污染与人体健康提供了一定的科学依据。同时本论文也对室内环境影响评价进行了深入的研究,把层次分析法引入到室内环境影响评价中来,提出了层次分析室内评价法。为了解长春市目前室内环境质量的现状,作者对长春市 30 户居民楼室内环境中的甲醛、氨、苯、二甲苯、氡进行了监测,并应用层次分析室内评价法对其进行了评价,评价结果表明:长春市室内空气污染目前十分严重。
【Abstract】 People live indoor more than 80% of time in one’s life. The quality of indoor air isrelated with people’s lives according to the data from domestic and overseas survey. Somekinds of questions that affect human health exist widely, so it is necessary and indispensableto research the relationship between indoor air quality and people’ health. The paper discusses the relationship between indoor pollution and human health. Therehas an investigation about the situation of children leukemia in part of hospitals of ChangchunCity, including Changchun city hospital and Changchun provincal hospital from 1996 to 2004,Yanji city hospital from 1994 to 2004, which discover that there exists better correlationsbetween indoor decoration and the happening of leucocythemia through the analysis to theresult of investigation. Especially the patient below 15 years old occupy about 40%, so itprovides some certain scientific proof for indoor pollution and human health. The paper also puts forward to a new indoor pollutant’s assessment method, namelyIAAH (Indoor Assessment by the Analytical Hierarchy). It can balance good or bad of indoorenvironments through the product of the multiply of super standard of pollutants and thepercent of its accounting for collectivity. By detecting 30 houses, which are decorated recently,we discover that the rate of inspecting of formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene, dimethylbenzeneand radon are 100 percent. We have a stat and analysis about the inspecting data by IndoorAssessment by the Analytical Hierarchy process, and the result show the pollution offormaldehyde and radon is light, the pollution of benzene and dimethylbenzene is serious, thepollution of ammonia is special serious. To sum up, indoor air pollution is very serious inChangchun city.
