三种取代酞菁的合成,结构及性质研究

【摘要】 酞菁本身是一个具有18个л电子的大环共轭体系,在酞菁环周围上引入与酞菁环形成共轭的取代基,增大了酞菁的共轭范围,往往使酞菁化合物具有一定的结构和功能上的特性。酞菁类化合物在催化,增白和杀菌,分子材料器件,光记录材料,和静电复印方面等有诸多的应用。 本论文以得到取代金属酞菁衍生物为目标,设计合成了八羧基金属酞菁,十六氯金属酞菁,喹啉基金属酞菁。 并采用尿素熔融法合成了三种取代的金属酞菁,用紫外-可见光谱、质谱、红外光谱对它们进行了表征。 从所合成的酞菁的质谱图中可以看出,各个金属取代酞菁分别有与它们分子量相吻合的分子离子峰。 在所合成酞菁的紫外-可见光谱图中,能看到明显的两个酞菁特征吸收带:Q 带和 B带。研究表明当酞菁类化合物,周边引入长链共轭体系,使酞菁的共轭增长时,在紫外--可见光谱会有不同程度的 Q 带红移,以及 B 带加宽且红移。所合成的取代酞菁由于共轭体系的增长具有上述共同特征。进一步证实了所制备的金属酞菁的特性。 然而由于酞菁的难溶,难提纯和特殊构型分子的难合成,在一定程度上限制了其合成和进一步的其他性质的研究。

【Abstract】 The phthalocyanine itself is a 18-л conjugated system, when this system is extended the modified phthalocyanine often have special structural and functional characterizations.The applications of phthalocyanine are concerning catalyse ,sterilization ,molecule material apparatus, photo-recordm materials and xerography. We are supposed to synthesize purified substituted phthalocyanines. The complexes of hexadecachloro--phthalocyanine, octacarboxylic acid--phthalocyanine, quinoline-phthalocyanine with metal were prepared. The structures of these compounds were studied by MS, IR and UV-Vis absorption spectra. From the Mass Spectroscopy, every substituted phthalocyanine have its molecule-ion peak accordingly. But the content and purity were low. From the UV-Vis absorption spectra,there are two bands:Q-band and B-band. The conjugated system in phthalocyanine made Q-band and B-band red-shift. The phthalocyanines we get have the same characterization as those extended conjugated system: one of the peculiar asorption of Pc the Q band is einstein shift, the other Soret band broadens. Metal phthalocyanine derivatives are insoluble in most commom organic solvents, difficulty in purification so that it is hard to synthesis the functional materials.
