【摘要】 中共十六届四中全会提出了建设社会主义和谐社会的目标,这一目标的提出引起了人们的广泛关注。当前的中国正处于社会转型时期,统一战线内部关系发生了重大变化。我国社会原有利益格局正进行着深刻的调整、分化,出现了一些新的社会阶层和日益多样化的利益诉求。本论文以维护转型时期社会政治稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会为出发点分三个部分展开阐述。 论文的第一部分分析了转型时期统一战线内部关系变化的现状,对在劳动者联盟中工人阶级、农民阶级和知识分子阶层内部出现的若干个阶层的分化与重组,以及随着我国改革开放的不断深入,我党根据建设中国特色社会主义事业的实际,鼓励非公有制经济发展,把新的社会阶层界定为社会主义建设者作以概述。同时,这一部分从宏观场景角度分析了统一战线内部关系出现变化的原因。 论文的第二部分对本文所采用的“政治稳定”这一概念作以界定。这一部分从维护转型时期社会政治稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会这个角度出发,阐述了社会阶层分化对我国政治稳定的积极影响和消极影响。以此突出在转型时期运用统一战线理论维护中国社会政治稳定的重要意义。 论文的第三部分以维护转型时期社会政治稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会为主旨,探索运用统一战线理论维护社会政治稳定的对策,即加强党的建设,增强党在统一战线中的凝聚力;切实发挥人民政协的统战协调功能;发挥参政党的积极作用,拓宽社会政治参与渠道;弘扬中华民族精神,加强思想道德建设,发展社会主义文化,在推进我国社会主义现代化进程中,继续发挥统一战线的“法宝”作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The goal of building socialism harmonious society was put forward at the Forth Session of Sixteenth Communist Party of China. This is paid close attention extensively by people. China society is in the transitional period now; internal relations of the united front have appeared significant change. Original benefit structure is adjusting and differentiating profoundly, and appear some new society stratums whose pursuit is variety day by day. This thesis consists of three parts that develop from the view of safeguarding transitional period society political stability and building socialism harmonious society. In the first part, this thesis develops the present situation of internal relations of the united front in the transitional period. This part summarizes that differentiation and re-composing of several stratums among worker class, peasant class and intellectual stratum internal in the laborers alliance, and with developing in depth of China’s reform and opening, the Communist Party of China defines new society stratum as socialism constructer according to the reality that constructing China’s special socialism cause and encouraging non-public ownership economy development. At the same time, this part analyzes the reasons of the united front internal relations change from the macroscopic view. In the second part, this part defines “political stability” as concept of this thesis. This part develops stratum differentiation that brunt positive and negative effect to China’s political stability from the view of safeguarding transitional period’s society. So this stresses the significance of using the united front theory safeguarding China’s society political stability. In the third part, this thesis probes for solving policy of utilizing the united front to safeguard China’s political stability with the substance of safeguarding transitional society political stability and building socialism harmonious society. The policy is that strengthen the building of the Communist Party of China, heighten the power of embodiment of the Communist Party of China; Give play practically the coordinate function of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; Give play the positive role of participating in government and political affairs and widening the channel of social participate; Enhance Chinese nation spirit, stress the construction of ideological morals and develop socialism culture. We give play the “magic weapon ” role of the united front continually in carrying procession of China’s socialism modernization construction.更多还原
