偶氮染料掺杂聚乙烯醇薄膜的光致双折射实验设计与研究

【摘要】 本文着眼于近代物理实验的教学改革,以实验内容和实验方法改革为主体,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为目的,论述了在近代物理实验中引入“偶氮染料掺杂聚乙烯醇薄膜的光致双折射实验”的意义和作用,形成了一套完整的实验教学方案。 本文主要分为五个部分。第一部分主要对近代物理实验教学改革进行分析,指出在实验教学内容和方法中存在的问题,介绍了调整的方案,并对本文选题的依据和意义进行说明。第二部分是对综合性、设计性实验的研究。论述了综合性、设计性实验与学生能力培养的关系,在教学中开设综合性、设计性实验的必要性以及如何开设综合性、设计性实验。第三部分论述了实验用的样品——偶氮染料分子结构的特点和光吸收特性,指出它是能发生光致异构的有机光存储材料。第四部分是实验设计部分。主要介绍了光致双折射的实验原理、偶氮染料的样品制备、实验光路的搭建以及影响光致双折射现象的因素,设计出一套具体的实施方案。第五部分论述了偶氮染料掺杂聚乙烯醇薄膜的光致双折射实验设计的教学研究。主要论述了本实验引入大学近代物理实验的可行性,开作设计性实验的可行性,并对本实验课题进行教学设计,最后指出本实验对培养学生能力的作用。
【Abstract】 This paper had the reformation of modern physical experiments in mind, took experimental content and process reformation as the main body, aimed at cultivating the ability and innovating spirit of students, discussed the basic of introducing photoinduced birefringce experiment of Polyvinyl Alcohol films doped with azoaromatic dyes ,and got a experimental project. This paper included five parts. The first part analyzed the actualities of experimental teaching reformation, pointed out the problems, and put forward the reformation project. The second part is about Complex Experiments and Creativeable Experiments .It cited the relation between Complex Experiments and Creativeable Experiments and cultivating the students’ ability. It was necessity that introducing Complex Experiments and Creativeable Experiments in teaching. At last, it showed how to doing. The third part introduced the azoaromatic dyes’ configuration and optical characteristics. The fourth part was the design of this experiment what mainly introduced the theory of photoinduced birefringce, the sample compounded of azoaromatic dyes, designed the light line of experiment and the reflection factor of photoinduced birefringce .This part indicate that the experiment is adapted for students as Creativeable Experiments and design a concrete scheme for doing out experiment. The fifth part discussed the teaching study of photoinduced birefringce experiment of Polyvinyl Alcohol films doped with azoaromatic dyes .This part analyzed the feasibility about introducing this experiment into modern physical experiments and as Creativeable Expriments .Designing experimental project .At last, discussing the function of this experiment on cultivating the students’ ability.
