【摘要】 目前,国际货币体系向以欧元、美元、亚洲货币为中心的三大区域货币联盟方向演进的格局已经形成。相较欧盟、北美及拉美经济区,东亚货币合作还只是浅层次的,其合作模式还处在理论研讨阶段,它取决于东亚各国经济的进一步发展状况。中国作为东亚区域内的发展中大国,东亚货币合作为中国的经济发展提供了新的平台。本文从中国角度出发,通过对理论上设想的四种东亚货币模式作成本-收益分析比较,并进行可行性论证,得出中国应推行以人民币为主导的东亚货币合作模式。文章包括四部分内容: 第一部分,东亚货币合作的理论基础。文中对东亚货币合作主要的基础理论——国际政策协调理论、最适度货币区理论、货币危机理论的基本内容分别进行阐述。 第二部分,中国参与东亚货币合作的必然性。文中从东亚货币合作势在必行,中国不可能游离在外;中国经济发展需要东亚货币合作;东亚货币合作需要中国的推动和参与三方面加以论证,得出结论:东亚货币合作必然继续深化,没有中国参与的东亚货币合作是不可想象的。 第三部分,中国视角下的东亚货币合作模式成本收益分析。文中对中国目前及四种理论上设想的东亚货币合作模式的成本和收益作详细分析说明。得出结论,中国不能支持日元主导模式,在其他三种模式中,人民币主导模式中国的净收益最大。 第四部分,推行以人民币为主导的东亚货币合作模式的可行性分析。文中对人民币成为东亚区内主导货币可行性进行论证,得出结论,中国推行以人民币为主导的东亚货币合作模式在东亚具有可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the international monetary system has already taken shape to thepattern of the monetary alliance’s direction gradual progress of three major areastaking Euro, U.S. dollar, and Asian currency as the center. East Asian monetarycooperation is also only simple level to European Union, North America and LatinAmerica economic zone, its cooperative pattern is still in the theory and discuss stage,it depends on the further state of development of the economy of various countries ofEast Asia. China, as the big developing country in the area of East Asia, East Asianmonetary cooperation has offered the new platform for economic development ofChina. This text proceeds from Chinese angle, through making cost-benefit to analyzeand compare to four kinds of monetary patterns in East Asia that are imagined intheory, and carry on feasible demonstration, drawing China should pursue East Asianmonetary cooperation of taking RMB as leading currency. The article includes fourparts of contents: First part, the theoretical foundation with cooperative currency in East Asia. Thebasic contents of the monetary basic theory main in East Asian monetary cooperation--the international policy coordinates theory, Optimum Currency Areas theory, themonetary crisis theory are explained separately in the article. Second part, the certainty of China participating East Asian monetarycooperation. East Asian monetary cooperation is necessary and it is impossible forChina to dissociate outside; China’s economic development needs East Asianmonetary cooperation; East Asian monetary cooperation needs the push of China.From these three respects the article draw the conclusion: East Asian monetarycooperation must continue deepening, there is no East Asian monetary cooperationwhich China participates in that is unimaginable. Third part, cost-benefit analysis of East Asian monetary cooperation patternsunder China’s visual angle. And the cost and income of four East Asian monetarycooperation patterns that imagine in theory are made detailed analysis under China’svisual angle in the article. Draw the conclusion, China can’t support the leadingpattern of Japanese yen, in the other three kinds of patterns, Chinese net income of theRMB leading pattern is the largest. Fourth part, the feasibility analysis of China pursuing East Asian monetarycooperation pattern of taking RMB as leading currency. The article analysis thefeasibility of the RMB leading pattern, drawing the conclusion; it has feasibility inEast Asia that China pursues East Asian monetary cooperation of taking RMB asleading currency.更多还原
