基于粗糙集理论的属性约简及其应用研究

【摘要】 本文首先简要介绍了粗糙集理论及基于粗集的属性约简,以及信息系统的分类与属性约简方法。考虑到如何能准确、快速地从大量的、杂乱无章的、强干扰的数据(海量数据)中挖掘潜在的、有利用价值的信息(有用知识),本文将多值属性信息系统与分辨矩阵约简法相结合,提出了基于分辨相似矩阵多值属性系统的属性约简方法(DSM)。基于粗糙集理论中属性约简与属性依赖度的关系,以及提取规则模式更贴近人们的思维方式、更能被人们所理解,本文着重讨论了基于依赖度的属性约简方法(SDRA)及性质、结论,并把此方法推广到对不相容决策表的应用上。进而,基于依赖空间与粗集理论、知识发现的关系,本文在依赖空间及依赖空间中知识发现的理论基础上,将不相容决策表的属性约简归纳入依赖空间中,并在前面一系列讨论的基础上,本文根据依赖空间中的约简、子约简、超约简理论,建立新的信息系统约简标准,构造相应的约简方法(NDRA)。 而在本文中的讨论中:首先,在多值信息系统中用分辨相似矩阵约简,不仅保持了原来分辨矩阵所实用的范围,在此基础上还推广了其适应的范围(不相容决策表),并有相应的结论;然后,在工作开展的过程中,发现一种新兴、容易被人们理解的方法,依赖度的约简算法,并对它进行讨论,提出的定义式不仅适应更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article,at first,we introduce Rough set theory ,attribute reduction based on Rough set and the classification of information system,reduction algorithms of attribute. Considering, how excavating ,exactly and quickly ,potential and useful measurement in a large number ,mixed and disorderly and disturbed greatly data,we concern multivalued RS theory with discernable matrix ,and put forwoard attribute reduction algorithm of multivalued RS theory based on discernable and similar matrix. Then we unify the description of the membership function of RS and dependability algorithm,we debate a reduction algorithm based on dependability, and then use it into unconsistent decision table. Furthermore,we unify Rough set and Dependence Space,and then classify attribute reduction of unconsistent decision tables into Dependence space.At last,we found a new standard of attribute reduction in Dependence Space and corresponding reduction algorithm based on reduction, elementary reduction and superreduction in Dependence space.更多还原
