石棉县林业管理信息系统的建立与应用研究

【摘要】 森林资源是林业的主体。森林资源信息管理是林业信息管理的核心。将3S技术引入到我国林业部门具有重要意义。以GIS技术为核心,结合遥感技术、GPS技术建立完整的县级林业管理信息系统,是林业管理工作的必然要求。 石棉县是林业大县,县域面积广,地形复杂,森林资源丰富。但是,石棉县的林业管理工作处于传统工作阶段。为此,本研究在实地调研、资料收集的基础上,以GIS技术为核心,构建了石棉县林业管理信息系统(SM-FMIS)。应用研究表明,系统能够满足日常工作需要,改变了林业传统工作方式,提高了工作的效率。 通过本研究,主要取得了以下成果: (1)基于3S技术,构建了石棉县林业管理信息系统,探索出一种县级林业管理信息系统的构建模式; (2)整合现有图件资料、遥感影像、文本资料等,设计并建立了系统基础地理空间数据库和林业专题空间数据库,为今后林业管理信息系统的数据库建设提供了参考依据; (3)探索出林业管理信息系统空间数据库建库流程以及空间数据质量控制的有效方法及关键技术。
【Abstract】 Forest resource is the main part of forestry. Management of forest resource information is the core of forestry information management. Introducing 3S technologies to the forestry department of our country is of importance. With technologies of RS and GPS, The county-level forestry management information system is established based on GIS,which is inevitable requirement of forestry management.Shimian county is a large county of forestry. It’s area is wide, with a varied topography and abundant forest reserves. But, the forestry management work of Shimian county is in traditional working stage. Therefore, this research has founded the forestry management information system of shimian county(SM-FMIS), based on investigatation on the spot and collecting materials.Application research shows that system can satisfy daily working needs and has changed forestry traditional working way and has raised working efficiency.Through this research, the following accomplishments have been achieved:(1) Based on 3S technologies, the forestry management information system shimian county has been founded., yrhich explore a kind of pattern founding county-level forestry management information system.(2) Combinating existing pictures, RS images and text information, the basic geography space database and the forestry space database of special subject have been designed and established, which can offer reference for the database construction of the forestry management information system in the future.(3)Explore the establishing process of the forestry space database of management information system and the effective method and key technologies of space data quality control.
