大连柴油机厂供应物流系统改进研究

【摘要】 市场竞争已经从单个企业的竞争演变为不同供应链之间的竞争。因此一个企业必须采取措施,加强同其上下游企业之间的合作,通过构建动态联盟供应链和供应链管理,来提高经济效率和核心竞争能力。供应链构建的目的就是通过业务外包和同类功能归并等业务流程再造方法对具有密切联系的不同业务环节进行统筹规划,获得比单纯用内部资源更多的竞争优势。大连柴油机厂构建物流中心,加强与供应商的合作,集中优势力量发展主业的方案即是这些思想的体现。 本文在第二章对企业物流、供应链方面的知识做了大量的理论铺垫之后,在第三章对大连柴油机厂的供应物流系统现状做了详尽的描述和透彻的分析。在第四章开篇之初对运用供应链管理思想,建立物流中心可能遇到的方方面面的问题进行了仔细的探讨,如部门职能的改变和认同、信息系统的改进、对供应商的管理与改进、与第三方物流方的合作。继而提出了大连柴油机厂物流中心建设方案,在物流中心总体结构,物流系统、信息系统、管理制度、组织机构等方面进行了规划和设计。最后,对方案的效果做了预期的评价。 在宏观的物流环境下,企业微观物流发挥着重要作用。在企业物流中,供应物流的管理是企业实现快速生产,适应用户多样性和及时性,提高用户满意度的保障。因此,必须利用现代管理科学和信息技术提高企业供应物流管理的运行效率。

【Abstract】 Marketing competition among single enterprises has evolved to that among more enterprises in different supply chain. So one enterprise must take measures to enforce cooperation between upstream enterprises and downstream enterprises. They can enhance economic efficiency and core competitive power by constructing dynamic federation and implementing supply chain management. The target of constructing supply chain is layouting different correlative business programs by outsource and classifying homogeneous function, and getting more competitive advantage than only inside. Dalian Diesel Factory designs distribution center, enforces cooperation with surppliers, and tries its best doing core business. It’s blue print corresponds the followed idea.I prepared a lot of knowledge about enterprise logistics and supply chain in chapter 2. After that, I described the actuality of supply logistics system in Dalian Diesel Factory in detail and did intensive analysis. In chapter 4, above all, I discussed all kinds of problems that occur during building logistics center, such as change and confirm to department function, improvment to infor system, supplier management and the cooperation with the third logistics unit. After that , I put forward Dalian Diesel Factory logistics center proposal including the design of total framework, logistics system, infor system, management regulation and organization. At last, I did anticipative assess about effective of the proposal.Under the macroscopic logistics environment, enterprise microscopic logistics comes into important effect.Supply logistics is assurance to enterprise carrying out quickly production, adapting to consumer diversity and timely, enhancing users’content rate. So we must utilite modern administration science and infor technology to improve running efficency of enterprise supply logistics management.
