【摘要】 当今环境问题的严重性,迫切要求世界各国走可持续发展之路,它是在人类经过自身的发展并受到自然界日益严重的威胁和国家之间矛盾的日益加深基础上提出的,并很快落实到行动之中。 可持续发展的实现离不开可持续生产和可持续消费,可持续消费是可持续发展的实现机制,是人类消费发展的必由之路,是可持续发展战略的重要组成部分。它向人们倡导一种积极、合理、健康的消费模式,它的目的是在提高人们生活质量的同时,尽量减少对环境的污染和资源的消耗,以保护人类的生存环境。首先,本文通过阐述可持续消费理论的内涵和本质,指出可持续消费是在否定传统的消费模式的前提下提出的,它鲜明的反传统性,表现出理论建构的不确定性。其次,在此基础上,运用矛盾分析的方法着重探讨了可持续消费本身尚未有效解决的四对矛盾:即可持续消费理念与传统消费理念的偏差;个体利益与整体利益的矛盾;当代人与后代人的矛盾;可持续消费中的南北矛盾。论述了矛盾的具体表现,以期引起学术界的足够重视。最后,建议通过转变传统的消费模式,提高生活质量;促进经济的发展;遵循“共同而又有区别责任”的国际公正原则:与可持续生产相结合以及加强政府的力量等途径找出可持续消费摆脱困境的出路,试图探寻可持续消费赖以实现的基础。 迄今为止,可持续消费仍是一个没有既定模式的崭新概念,需要学术界不断地交流与修正。本文则是基于这一出发点,分析了可持续消费的若干尚未解决或尚未有效解决的矛盾,并对如何解决矛盾进行了尝试性地探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the severity and globalization of environmental problems, the sustainable development strategy is reviewed all over the world. We obtained it through a series of fast development, serious threat of the world of nature increasingly and the contradiction among countries day and day. Accordingly People have taken fast action for it.The realization of sustainable development depends on sustainable production and sustainable consumption. Sustainable consumption is one of the important parts in the sustainable development strategy. It is promoting a new kind of consumption mode that is progressive, reasonable and healthy. It tries to improve our life quality and protect our existence environment from polluting and consuming excessively all at once. At first, on the basis of the description of its basic theory and essence, this paper expatiates on its uncertain theory. Some questions are set forth for them because the sustainable consumption is based on the traditional consumption mode. Secondly, the author analyses all kinds of appearance of contradiction, such as difference between sustainable consumption and traditional consumption, the contradiction between individual and collective behalf, contemporary and posterity, developing country and development country in order to attract the scholars’ eyes on those. In the end, this paper tries to find the grounding about sustainable consumption. The author suggests that we should convert our traditional consumption mode, accelerate on the economic development, follow the consumption principle international justice, associate with the sustainable production and depend on the backup of government.The sustainable consumption is still a new concept. It has not the ready-made mode to follow. It is a trial to explore the contradiction that has not settled effectively on sustainable consumption as well as a way of dealing with problem.更多还原
