【摘要】 在努力构建社会主义和谐社会的今天,随着社会主义市场经济和改革开放的深入发展,重视人的自主性、能动性、创造性等主体性的培养,促进人的主体意识的觉醒,发展人的主体能力已成为顺应历史与时代发展的重大课题,特别是在对西方社会文明发展的反思基础上,弘扬与培育人的主体性,实现人与自然、社会和自身的全面和谐发展的观念已经得到了人们的广泛共识。思想政治教育是一项有意识、有目的、有计划地教育人、培养人、促进人的全面发展的实践活动,其本质在于服务于社会进步和人的发展需要,而作为一种主体性很强的教育活动,其根本目的是培养社会生活的主体,正因如此大力倡导进行主体性思想政治教育,培养和弘扬人的主体性,彰显和谐,则无疑具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文借鉴主体性哲学和主体性教育理论的研究成果,揭示了主体性思想政治教育命题的重要意义所在,系统地阐释了主体性思想政治教育的内涵与特点,阐述了主体性思想政治教育中教育者与受教育者主体性的应然表现,进而分析了现代社会中的思想政治教育者与受教育者主体性的现实缺失及成因,并依此提出主体性思想政治教育的实施策略,从多个路径出发,促进主体性思想政治教育价值的实现,通过培养具有自主性、自觉性、创造性等主体性品质的人,来进一步促进社会政治、经济、文化的发展,促进人与自然、社会、自身的和谐发展,促进人的自由而全面的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the very time of framing up a harmonious socialist society, we’ve going ahead with more in-depth developments of socialist market economy and reform-open policy. Subjective education, conforming itself to the historical trend of the times, has become a significant question for study. It emphasizes on independence, initiative and creation, while promoting the awakening of subjective ideology and training one’s subjective ability. Especially on the basis of the reflection of civilization process of western society, people get to a common view: it’s necessary to develop and expand one’s subjectivity, and to achieve the harmony between human and nature, between society and individual all-round development. Ideological and political education is a mental, intentional and planned activity, which is used to educate man, nurture man and accelerate man’s all-round developments. As a subjective education exercise, cultivate the subject of social life is the basic goal. As regards to educate subjective ideological and political education, carry forward man’s subjectivity and display harmony, this project, without question, is of great theorical and practical importance.Using the fruits of researches in subjective philosophy and education theory ideological and political education, and explains its connotation and features systematically. The author clearly sets forth the proper performances of both the subjective ideological and political doer and receiver. Then extend her analysis of actual inadequacy of their subjectivity and the causes. Finally, she proposes the implementation strategy in this field in order to accelerate the realization of subjective ideological and political education’s value in different ways. By training a independent, initiative and creative man, subjective ideological and political education furthers the social development of political, economy and culture, encourages the harmony between man, nature and society, advances man’s unrestrained and comprehensive development.更多还原
