变频驱动控制及其对电机作用的研究

【摘要】 高压变频器的应用给电机的运行带来了一些负面影响。在高压变频器出现严重过流故障时,通常采用封锁脉冲的方法来保护功率器件。本文分析了高压变频器两种不同的脉冲封锁方式及其对电机运行的不同影响,提出了一种新的脉冲封锁方式。文中给出了高压变频器模型机的实测波形及 MATLAB 仿真结果,验证了理论分析的正确性和新的脉冲封锁方式的有效性。 单元串联多电平高压变频器的输出电压有很多的高次谐波。本文通过对典型的多电平 PWM 逆变电路的 MATLAB 仿真计算,得到了输出线电压的波形和频谱特性,结合理论分析,总结出了典型多电平 PWM 逆变电路谐波的基本特性,同时还从理论上分析了谐波对电机的影响,给出了一些改善变频器对电机运行的不利影响的方法。

【Abstract】 Some negative effect is brought to the motor because of the application of highvoltage adjustable speed device (ASD). Pulse latching is usually used to protect thepower electronic device when a high voltage ASD occurs over-current fault. Twodifferent pulse latching methods of high voltage ASD and their different effect on amotor are analyzed in this paper, and also a new pulse latching method is putforward. Experiment voltage wave and MATLAB simulation result of the model highvoltage ASD are given in the present paper, theory analysis and a new effective pulselatching method is verified. The output voltage of multilevel high voltage ASD has much harmonics. Linevoltage wave and frequency characteristic can be showed from MATLAB simulationof representative PWM multilevel inverter circuit. The basic harmonicscharacteristic of representative multilevel PWM inverter circuit is summarized; theeffect of harmonics on motor is analyzed too. Finally some methods of improving thenegative effect caused by the application of ASD are proposed in the present paper.
