基于数字信号处理技术的智能涡街流量计设计

【摘要】 传统的涡街流量计是由信号处理电路模板来对涡街频率信号计数,然后根据体积流量与频率的关系得出瞬时流量和累计流量。这种方法精度差,易受噪声干扰,限制了仪表的量程下限;同时该处理电路通用性差,不同口径的一次仪表和测量不同流体要配不同的处理电路。本文基于数字信号处理技术,设计并研制了一种以 MSP430F148 单片机为核心的智能涡街流量计,并预留了 HART 总线硬件接口。最后经实验室标定表明,该流量计精度高,抗干扰性强,扩大了量程下限,可用于小流量测量。
【Abstract】 The traditional vortex flowmeter counts the vortex frequency signals by signalprocessing circuit, and calculates the instantaneous flow values and cumulative flowvalues according to the relation between flow and frequency. But this method haslow accuracy and is subjected to noise disturbances, which limits the low limitationof the flowmeter. And the processing circuit has not good generality that makes theflowmeter must have different circuits to suit for different bores and fluids. In thepaper, based on digital signal processing technique, an intelligent vortex flowmeterhas been designed and developed, that is by kernel of MSP430F148 microcontrollerand has a hardware interface of HART field bus. At last, it proves that the intelligentvortex flowmeter has high accuracy and strong interference immunity, improves thelimitation so as to measure small flow according to lab instrumentation calibration.
