电厂检修管理网络计划编制软件的研究与应用

【摘要】 火力发电厂设备检修是电厂管理者甚为关心的问题。网络计划技术是一种广泛应用在各个生产领域中的科学管理方法,网络计划图是网络计划技术的表现形式。电厂机组检修是保证电厂安全生产的一项重要工作,而机组大修网络计划图的应用可以大大提高电厂机组检修工程的效率。 本文在详细调研基础之上,通过客户需求分析、所需算法的研究和实用化功能设计,提出了网络计划图绘制软件系统的设计方案;并且根据项目管理技术设计出了关键路径算法以及网络图绘制算法。由于本系统以网络图的形式进行工程管理,因此为绘制软件专门设计了矢量图形平台,使用矢量图形系统,可以很方便的运用面向对象技术,管理方便且易于实现,使得整个绘制软件更加结构化。在该平台下用户可以轻松地完成网络图的绘制,动态地完成关键路径的搜索。

【Abstract】 The facilities maintenance in power plant is becoming the concerned topic in themanagers. The network-based planning techniques are scientific management methodand one kind of widespread application in each realm of production. The networkplanning chart is the network-based planning techniques manifestation. Project planningby network graph can improve the efficiency of the maintenance. On the base of the investigation, this paper emphasizes the importance of theoverhaul management, introduces the system development and operation environment.This paper also designs the computerized critical path algorithm and the network graphdrawing algorithm based on project management technique. Because the system carriesthrough the project management by the network graph, a vector graph system is designedto draw network graph. Vector graph is good to use OO. We design a simple and explicitplatform in which users can easily draw the network graph and search the critical pathdynamically. At the same time, it also adopts the hierarchy technique to manifest everysub-procedure and techniques.
