航空发动机动态模拟试验台改造及其测控系统设计

【摘要】 根据学校教学和科研的需要,为了恢复涡喷6发动机机械液压调节器(包括主燃油调节器、加力燃油调节器)半物理仿真试验功能,并将其功能进一步扩充到涡喷7和涡喷13发动机,论文针对本专业在七十年代建造的“航空发动机转速控制系统数模混合式动态模拟试验台”进行了恢复和改进方案设计。本文用一台工业控制计算机代替原老化淘汰的模拟电子计算机来模拟发动机特性,并将原有试验设备中的手动控制、机械式仪表改造成传感器测量,电动阀调节,实现计算机自动控制。主要工作是对转速随动系统、燃油系统和空气系统进行改进设计,对相关仪器仪表、执行机构等进行计算选型。由于转速随动系统是试验台的核心部分,因此对其进行了详细的分析,建立了数学模型,进行了仿真计算和控制方法研究。最后开发了动态模拟试验台的计算机测控系统。在测控系统开发工作中,完成了计算机等硬件设备选型和测控系统的软件设计。试验台测控系统为计算机辅助测试(CAT)系统,采用目前流行的虚拟仪器技术开发。其中,利用数据库技术完成试验台数据存储及显示,简化了数据文件的管理:利用LabVIEW提供的外挂工具包LabVIEW PID Control ToolSet完成试验台中转速和压力的控制,简化了程序代码,增强了软件的可靠性;整个软件系统采用模块化开发,这些模块也可用于其它测控系统的数据采集、处理、存储和显示,因此,该软件具有一定通用性。试验台的控制、数据采集、处理、显示及存储均由计算机完成,利用多线程技术实时处理多路信号,并且使系统能够对突发事件进行实时处理,大大提高了试验台的自动化程度。

【Abstract】 According to the need of teaching and scientific research, this paper restores and improves the designs of Hardware in the Loop Simulation test-bed of aero-engine rotate speed control system, which is built in the 1970s. The purpose is to restore the function of WP-6 aero-engine’s mechanical hydraulic pressure control regulator and to adapt it to WP-7 and WP-13 aero-engine.This paper uses an industrial computer instead of the old analog computer, and realizes auto-control by using sensors instead of manual control and mechanical instruments. The paper mainly improves the design of rotate speed system, fuel oil system and air system and selects the types of the equipments by calculating. Since the rotate speed system is the most important part, the paper discusses it in details and studies its control method by simulation. Finally, the paper designs a test and control system for the Hardware in the Loop Simulation test-bed.In the test and control system, selecting the types of hardware and designing the software are completed. This is a CAT system that uses popular VI technology. Database is used to storage and display data so that data files can be easily managed. Lab VIEW PID Control ToolSet is used to control the rotate speed and pressure, which can make the software more reliable. The test and control system uses modularization so that it can be used in other system. The test-bed controlling, data collecting, processing, displaying and storage are all completed by a computer. Using multithreading manage multi-signals the system can deal with sudden matters in real time. In conclusion, the test and control system greatly improves the automatization of the Hardware in the Loop Simulation test-bed.
