激光陀螺温度误差建模与补偿研究

【摘要】 激光陀螺以其良好的工作特性和诸多的优点已经逐渐成为新一代惯性导航系统的理性元件。惯导系统的导航精度与对准时间主要取决于陀螺精度和启动误差的稳定时间。激光陀螺没有温控装置,在宽温环境下,与带温控的陀螺相比,温度对陀螺精度的影响更加突出,因此激光陀螺的温度误差成为了激光捷联惯导系统最主要的误差源。本文针对激光陀螺惯性导航系统中的温度误差进行分析与建模。根据一般惯性导航系统的误差系数标定方法推导了采用激光陀螺的惯性组合的误差标定方法,在完成误差标定的基础上对激光陀螺惯性组合进行温度误差测试,对激光陀螺的刻度因子和陀螺漂移等由温度所引起的误差数据进行记录。在所采集的数据基础上对其进行整理、比较、分析,提出了基于人工神经网络中的BP网络模型进行数据拟合的方法来研究温度对误差的影响关系,从而建立误差模型进而实施补偿。 在建模方法上,本文对BP网络进行数据拟合的方法进行了讨论,研究了网络结构及其各参数、网络训练方法等因素对BP网络性能的影响,在单输入/单输出网络模型基础上根据问题的需要对网络结构进行了改进。考虑影响激光陀螺输出误差的因素(温度与温度差),将网络的输入由温度单一输入扩展为温度、温度差的二维输入,相对与单输入模型取得了较好的效果。最后对此方法在实际工程应用中的一些问题进行了讨论,为今后进一步的工作提供了一定的经验与参考。
【Abstract】 Laser gyro become of new generation inertia rational component of navigation system gradually already with good performance characteristics and a great deal of advantage their. This text carries on the analysis and modeling to the temperature error in the laser gyro inertia navigation system. Have derived the standard method of the error that the inertia of adopting the laser gyro makes up according to the navigation system standard method of error coefficient of general inertia, make to laser gyro inertia up and test the temperature error on the basis of the thing that the error is marked and reserved, the scale factor and top to the laser gyro drift about, etc. The data of error caused by temperature carry on the record. Put in order, compare, analyses it on the basis of data gathered, put forward based on the artificial neural network BP network model carry on method that data fit is it study temperature impact on error relation to come, thus set up error model then compensate.This text has discussed in adopting the method that BP network carried on the data and fitted, train such impacts on BP network performance of the factor as the method, etc. after studying network structure, every parameter, network. Have improved network structure according to the needs of question on the basis of single importing and single outputting network model, combine the factor influencing the laser gyro error and expand the structure of the network to two-dimensional structure, as to making better result with single inputting models. Finally, some questions in the project is used of this method are discussed to which will offere certain experience and reference for further work in the future.
