开放协同设计平台与协同装配实现

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的进步、信息时代的到来,加速了全球化市场的形成与发展。而全球化市场的形成与发展使得世界范围内市场竞争变得越来越激烈。随着竞争的加剧,竞争的焦点变为怎样以最快的速度开发出高质量、低成本的产品投放市场。 “计算机支持下的协同设计”是近年来新提出的一种产品开发设计模式。它不是简单的设计发明或创造,而是集成了现代设计中许多新方法、新技术、新思想、新模式,经过系统的抽象发展形成的。 本文在现有协同设计关键技术的研究基础上,探讨如何在网络环境下建立协同设计平台。划分了协同平台的功能,设计实现协同平台各功能模块的体系结构。选用Oracle9i为协同设计平台的数据存储,并设计了表结构和表字段。针对协同设计中的关键技术—协同装配,提出协同装配活动的实现架构和具体实现方法并制订了协同装配活动的通信协议。为了解决协同装配中共享模型数据量过大的瓶颈问题,最后研究了协同装配活动中产品共享模型的简化压缩。 本文的主要研究内容和创新点如下: 1、对协同设计平台从团队组织管理、产品设计模型管理、协同任务消息管理、协同设计会议管理等方面进行功能划分,使用J2EE技术架构为各功能模块提供实现基础。 2、根据协同设计平台的功能模块设计相应的数据库结构。在数据库中建立起协同过程中的组织视图、活动视图、资源视图、会议视图。 3、协同装配是协同活动中的一项具体活动,同时包含实现协同设计的关键技术。研究了协同装配的实现基础并提出一种协同装配的实现思路和实现方法。 4、在已有的网络通信协议上针对协同活动的应用背景开发了协同活动通信协议。清晰的协同活动通信协议在保证网络通信安全的情况下为平台提供高效且含义明了的消息传递。 5、在保证协同设计活动中产品模型数据完整性的条件下,压缩产品共享模型数据。降低了模型文件的大小,减轻了网络传输的压力,使用户更快的获得可操作的数据模型。

【Abstract】 The advancement of the computer technology and arrival of information age have formed the global market and have accelerated its development as well. So the market competition within the range of the whole world becomes fiercer and fiercer. With the aggravation of the competition, the competition has been focused on how to develop the products with high quality and low cost to lunch into the market as soon as possible."Computer Supported Cooperative Design" is a new products developing and designing mode proposed in recent years. It is not a simple design. It has integrated many new methods, technologies, ideas and modes in the modern design and has been formed through abstracting the whole system.On the basis of the existing key technology about the collaborative design, the paper has discussed how to establish the collaborative design platform under the environment of network. The paper has described the functions of the collaborative platform and designed the DB(database) system structure of the collaborative platform. The collaborative assembly is the key technology in the collaborative design. The paper has proposed the structure of the collaborative assembly and the detailed method how to realize it. At the same time the communication protocol of collaborative assembly has been established. Finally, the paper discusses the simplification and compression of the shared model in the collaborative assembly in order to solve the bottleneck that there are so large amount of data in the collaborative assembly.The main content and innovation in the paper as follows:1. Divide the collaborative design platform into such five function modules as organization management, production design model management, collaborative task message management and collaborative session management, etc. The J2EE technology is applied to realize the above function modules.2. Design the relevant DB (database) structure according to the function modules of the collaborative design platform. Establish the organization view, action view, resource view and session view in the course of collaborative action.3. Collaborative assembly is a detailed action included in the collaborative action. It has embodies the key technology that will realize the collaborative design. The paper has proposed an idea and method to realize the collaborative assembly.4. Develop the communication protocol of the collaborative action based on the existing network communication protocol according to the background of the collaborative action. The communication protocol of the collaborative action is explicit enough to ensure the information communication effective and perspicuous in the condition that the communication through the network is safety.5. Compress the data of the shared model in the condition that the data in the collaborative action is intact. Thus reduce the size of the model files and lighten the communication pressure on the network. So users can get the operable data model more quickly.
