飞机制造BOM管理方法的研究与实现

【摘要】 飞机制造BOM管理是企业信息化管理的重要内容之一,本文结合我国飞机制造企业的现状,对适合我国飞机制造企业的管理方法进行了研究。 主要研究工作是分析和实现了飞机制造BOM管理方法;提出了从EBOM到MBOM的转化方法,重点是基于架次管理的MBOM管理流程和MBOM数据提取、汇总:研究了MBOM管理方法的实现,包括MBOM数据结构的分析和选择,结合面向对象方法对产品信息建模以及研究了EBOM到MBOM视图的映射;结合飞机制造企业的信息化现状,采用基于WEB的技术实现了MBOM数据的查询和发放;最后实现了基于XML格式的MBOM数据交换格式和处理方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Airplane manufacture BOM management is one of main contents of enterprise information management, studied management method that adapt to our airplane manufacture enterprise according to the situation of our airplane manufacturing enterprise.The main research is analyzed and realized management method of airplane manufacture BOM; put forward the transform method from EBOM to MBOM, especially the MBOM management flow based on sortie administer and the abstract of MBOM data; studied the implement of MBOM mode include analysis and choice MBOM data structure, the product information model is built using Object_Oriented method as well as view mapped from EBOM to MBOM; choose the technique based on WEB carry out query and put out of MBOM data according to the information of airplane manufacture enterprise;data exchange format and disposal method of MBOM based on XML style is carried out at last.更多还原
