数控车间管理系统的开发与应用

【摘要】 随着数控加工系统的广泛应用,传统管理方式已不能适应数控车间管理的需求。CAD/CAM技术的大规模使用也使得车间数字信息管理的重要性凸现。建立数控车间管理信息系统,对数控加工施行生产过程数字化、管理数字化和企业数字化,提高数控车间生产效率,增强制造业竞争力是现阶段我国大部分数字化制造企业的任务和目标。 本文针对传统数控车间管理模式的不足,提出基于Web系统的网络化数控车间管理系统模型,具体做了以下工作: ●管理系统规划。分析了数控车间管理内容及相关细节,运用现代管理理念进行管理规划设计。 ●系统支撑数据库设计。根据管理系统规划,基于Oracle设计了相应的数据库系统,作为系统的服务层。 ●基于Web的车间管理系统实现。基于J2EE开发平台,完成了数控车间管理系统框架设计及编程工作。 ●车间管理系统运行实例。基于车间运作,并依托车间工程项目对本系统进行实例运行,并对部分功能进行扩展。 经实践检验,数控车间管理系统基本能够贴近车间应用需求,可以满足车间基本数据管理要求,并有效改善车间管理无序状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the widespread application of NC (Numerical Control) system, traditional management modes can not satisfy the requirements of the NC workshop. Also the large scale usage of CAD/CAM techniques promotes the significance of digital workshop management information system. It is a task and goal for most manufacturing-digitally enterprise at the current stage that building NC workshop’s management information system, implementing digitally production processof NC machining, digitalizing management and enterprise to improve the working the efficiency of NC workshops and enhance competitiveness of enterprises.Aiming at removing the shortcomings of traditional NC workshop’s management modes, this paper proposed a Web-based management system model of the networked NC workshop. The main research contents and achievements are articulated as follows:1. Layout of the management system. In this paper, we analyzed the management contents and related details of the NC workshop. Then the layout of the management system was designed using the modem management principles.2. Design of the system’s supporting databases. According to the layout of the management system, related databases that would be lie in the supporting layer of the system were designed.3. Implementation of the workshop’s web-based management system. Based on the J2EE platform, we finished the design and development of the system’s framework.4. Practical example of the workshop’s management system. Some practical examples were given to validate our proposed management system and somefunctions of this system are extended.It is proved that the NC workshop’s management system can satisfy the practical requirements of NC workshop and it is useful to improve the workshop’s management disorder.更多还原
