面向ERP的刀具管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 当前,随着市场竞争逐步加剧,企业迫切需要借助信息技术以及先进的管理理论和方法来对传统的生产经营管理模式进行变革,以提高企业的经营管理水平。企业资源计划(ERP)体现了现代企业的科学管理思想,是信息技术与企业管理的完美结合,已经成为了企业信息化的首选目标。但是,ERP项目的实施要建立在完善的基础管理信息化之上,而我国企业目前的基础管理信息化水平还比较低,尤其在人工管理的模式下,基础数据总是处于分散、孤立、滞后和封闭的状态,另外由于数据的处理完全靠人的手工作业,处理环节多,基础数据的准确性、完整性、及时性较差。正是由于这些原因导致了ERP系统在我国企业实施和应用的成功率较低。 本文以ERP系统在成飞集成科技股份有限公司的实施和应用为背景,结合企业刀具管理的实际需求开发了面向ERP的刀具管理信息系统。本文分别从ERP系统和刀具管理理论、刀具管理系统与ERP的集成、系统开发中的关键问题、系统的设计和实现等方面进行了详细的论述。其主要内容与贡献如下: 1.针对ERP系统在我国企业的实施和应用现状,分析了ERP实施成功的关键因素,阐述了基础管理信息化在ERP实施过程中的重要性。 2.在传统刀具管理理论的基础上结合企业刀具管理的具体需求,提出了刀具全寿命周期管理的思想和方法。 3.依据企业的成本管理方法和财务管理模式,提出了刀具成本核算的方法,并将该算法应用于系统之中,实现了刀具成本的准确核算。 4.研究了库存管理的理论和方法,并将固定量双仓库存控制系统应用到刀具库存管理中,实现了刀具库存的有效管理,减少了刀具库存管理的工作量。 5.分析了刀具管理信息系统与ERP系统的信息交互,采用中间文件交换和共享数据库的系统集成模式实现了刀具管理信息系统与ERP系统的有效集成。 6.结合本文所论述的理论和方法,采用C/S结构,成功开发出了成飞集成刀具优化动态管理系统。该系统已经开始在企业应用,并得到了用户的好评。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the gradual aggravation of the of the market competition, Enterprises need to transform the traditional production and management mode through information technology and advanced management theory and method urgently in order to improve the management levels. Enterprise Resource Planning is the combination of information technology with enterprises management, reflect the modern business administration thought, it is the important component of enterprise’s informationiztion. But the implementation of ERP project must be set up in perfect base management, and our country enterprise’s present base management’s level is relatively low, especially in the mode of artificial management, the basic data is always in the dispersing, isolated, laging and closed structure, in addition because of the data processing totally depends on people’s craft homework, and the tache of processing is excessive, so the accuracy, integrality are relatively bad. This reasons lead that the success rate of the implementation and application of ERP project is relatively low in our country’s enterprise.This paper takes the implementation and application of ERP system in Chengfei Integrated Technology Corporation as the background and developes the Tool Management System for ERP according with the actual demand of enterprise’s tool management. This paper discusses systematically from the ERP system and the theory of Tool Management、the integration of Tool Management system with ERP system、the key problem in the development of system、the design and realization of system and so on. Its main content and contribution as follows:1. According to the current situation of implementation and application of ERP system in our country’s enterprise, this paper analyses the key factor of the success of the implementation of ERP project and explains the importance of the basic management informationization in the implementation of ERP system.2. On the foundation of traditional theory of Tool Management and according to the actual demand of enterprise’s tool management, this paper proposes the thoughtand method of Tool’s Whole Life Cycle Management.3. Accordiing to the method of cost management and the mode of Finance Management of enterprise, this paper puts forward the method of cost accounting of tool and applies this arithmetic into the system and realizes the accurate accounting of the cost of tool.4. This paper studies the theory and method of stock control and applies the two bins system into the tool’s stock management and realizes the effective management of tool’s stock and reduces the work load of tool’s Stock Management.5. This paper analyses the information alternation between Tool Management system and ERP system and realize the effect integration between Tool Management System and ERP system by using middle file exchange and sharing database.6. ChengFei Tool Management System is developed successfully by adopting C/S structure and according to the theory and method discussed in this paper. The system has begun to be used in enterprise and is well received by the user.更多还原
