制造型虚拟企业合作伙伴优化选择算法研究

【摘要】 虚拟企业是在当今快速多变的市场与技术环境中获取竞争优势的一种很有前途的企业间合作方式,合作伙伴的优化选择是虚拟企业构建的实现手段和核心技术之一。 论文针对制造型虚拟企业的合作伙伴优化选择(Virtual Enterprise PartnerOptimization Selection,VE-POS)的方法问题,以航空发动机的某关键零部件制造过程中合作伙伴选择问题为基本研究背景,系统地研究了虚拟企业合作伙伴选择的方法中的评价原则、指标体系、数学模型、算法设计和验证系统开发等问题,提出了一种改进的虚拟企业合作伙伴优化选择算法,并通过实例和仿真计算手段进行了算法验证。 论文在研究制造型虚拟企业合作伙伴选择的基本原则的基础上,以交货期、加工质量、加工成本和服务水平为目标层,以目标层中各因素相关联的具体影响因素为底层,建立了合作伙伴选择的两层评价指标体系。在传统的多目标决策数学模型的基础上,采用“权重和”方法建立了多目标线性决策数学模型,并运用加权的线性算子作为合作伙伴选择问题线性决策数学模型的目标函数。基于该数学模型给出了一个基于自适应遗传算法的求解算法及其程序实现过程,开发了VE-POS验证系统,并采用数值仿真的方法对算法的可行性进行了验证。 论文研究成果为完整的制造型虚拟企业合作伙伴优化选择算法体系,为制造型虚拟企业合作伙伴的选择提供了一种定量化的决策分析手段。
【Abstract】 Virtual’ enterprise is considered as a sort of the most competitive cooperation mode in rapid and mutable market and technology condition. Cooperative partner optimization selection is one of realizable means and core technology in the virtual enterprise.The thesis aims at algorithm of Virtual Enterprise Partners Optimization Selected in manufacturing, the key parts of aeroengine select partner in process of the manufacture as fundamental research background, by the numbers researched the VE-POS means in manufacturing about assess principle、 indication system、 mathematical model、 algorithm design、 authentication system and so on, then put forward an modified algorithm for partner optimization selection in virtual enterprise, algorithm is validated by an example and simulation account means.Flowing on the basis of doctrine about Virtual Enterprise Partner Selected, aimed at the goal layer which is time of delivery、 the quality of manufacture and service level, the bottom layer which is the associated specific influence factor in front layer, the both forms partner selected indication system; the foundation is multi-objective decision-making mathematical model ,adopted the method of "weight" setup multi-objective linear decision-making mathematical model, introduce weighted linear operator as objective function of linear programming mathematical model about partner selected. Analytic hierarchy process determinate the key decision-making factor the value question of weighted factor in objective function, aimed at this mathematical model , based on self adapting Genetic Algorithms and program implementation procedure; exploiting VE-POS authentication system and validate feasibility of algorithmic with numerical value simulated.The returns is the whole algorithm for partner optimization selection in agility virtual enterprise, it offers quantify decision-making method
