【摘要】 中国与非洲有着2000 多年的友好交往的历史,中非经贸关系一直是中非关系的重要组成部分。中华人民共和国的成立,开辟了中非经贸关系的新纪元。半个世纪以来,建立在平等互利基础上的中非经贸关系发展顺利。本文以中非经贸关系为抓手,回顾20 世纪下半期中非经贸合作的发展历程,概述中非经贸关系在各历史阶段经历的变化及其特点。在国际形势风云变幻的20 世纪下半期,中非之间一贯相互支持,积极发展双方的经贸合作关系,不断拓展经贸合作的新领域,适时地改变经贸合作的方式和方法,为中非经贸合作的进一步发展奠定了良好的基础。中国是最大的发展中国家,非洲是发展中国家最集中的大陆。新世纪,中非都面临一个关键的战略机遇期,在经济和政治上有着共同的任务和要求。更重要的是,双方在经济和政治方面的互补性仍在不断加强。展望未来,中非经贸合作在新世纪将大有可为。更多还原

【Abstract】 The friendly cooperation between China and Africa has a history of morethan 2000 years. The economic and trade relation between China and Africahas been important components of Sino-African relations all the time. Theestablishment of the People’s Republic of China has opened up a new era ofSino-African economic and trade relation. In the last half century, Sino-Africaneconomic and trade relation based on friendly foundation of the equality isdeveloped smoothly.This paper focuses economic and trade cooperation ofSino-Africa, reviews the development course of the cooperation of tradebetween China and Africa, sums up the changes and characteristics of theexperience in each historical stages of economic and trade relation betweenChina and Africa. In the 2nd half of the 20th centrry constantly changing in theinternational situation, Chia and African countries have supported each otherdeveloped economic and trade cooperation of both sides actively, expanded theeconomic and trade and method in proper time, and settled good foundation forfurther development of China and African economy and trade cooperation.China is the biggest developing country; Africa is the most centralizedcontinent of developing countries. During the new century, china and Africaboth face one key strategic opportunity, and have common task and demand.The more important thing is, economic and political complementarily betweenChina and Arica is still strengthening constantly. Looking forward to the future,the cooperation in economy and trade of Sino-Africa will have bright prospectsin the new century.更多还原
