蒸汽阻塞密封在焦化富气离心压缩机上的应用研究

【摘要】 蒸汽阻塞密封在焦化富气离心压缩机上的应用研究 中石化股份公司齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂140万吨/年延迟焦化装置于2003年4月开工建设,2004年3月10日开工正常。该装置焦化富气压缩机是由沈阳鼓风机厂采用意大利新比隆技术生产制造的离心式压缩机。该机型号为2MCL458-6,为二段八级水平剖分并且带有中间冷却的离心式石油气压缩机。在该机组订货时,我们根据机组实际情况和相关的工艺参数,对轴端密封形式进行了深入地技术分析,最终确定了采用蒸汽阻塞密封的技术方案。 在改造方案中,通过理论和实际分析确定了轴端密封各密封体的结构参数和尺寸,确定了密封体的材质和级间间隙。在实际安装后经过检查各部间隙完全满足密封要求。本着合理美观的原则,根据现场实际情况确定了密封辅助系统管线的设计和安装,现场施工完毕后进行了吹扫和试用抽真空,达到相关技术要求。针对密封体的结构和机组实际运行情况确定了蒸汽阻塞密封的现场实际运行操作方案,指导操作人员在机组开停机和正常操作等不同状态时的密封稳定操作。机组在2004年3月8日开车中一次成功,密封运行良好。轴端泄漏为零,密封改造取得了成功。 焦化富气离心压缩机采用蒸汽阻塞密封技术使用成功,至今已经平稳运行7个月了,完全达到密封无泄漏的技术要求,可靠的密封不仅保证了机组的长周期安全运行,而且取得很好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 1.4Mton/Y Coker equipment of Shengli Refinery, Qilu branch, Sinopec, started to build in April 2003. It still works well on Mar.10, 2004. The Coking Rich Gas Centrifugal Compressor (NO. 2MCL458-6) was made by Shenyang Blower Plant. It is adopted with the technology of Italien Nuovo Pignone, which is used in this coker equipment. This compressor is a kind of centrifugal oil gas compressor with 2 segmented, 8 staged, horizontal dissected and intercooling. When this plant unit was ordered, according to the practical situation and related processing parameter, we analyzed its shaft end sealing type and decided to adopt the technical proposal of steam blockage sealing.In reformed proposal, the material and interstice between every stage was determined according to theoretical and practical analysis, structural parameter and size of shaft end sealing. After assembly and checking, we found that the interstice of every part conforms to sealing requirement. With the principle of reasonable and looking-well, according to the situation of the actual work site, we confirmed the design and assembly of pipelines for sealing accessory system. After assembly was completed, the pipelines were swept and blown clean and evacuation was tested, it met the standard of related technical requirement. The operation proposal was determined according to sealing structure and actual operation situation. Operators were guided to work in steady processing under variant status such as running, stopping or normal operation. This plant unit ran successfully at the first start on Mar. 8, 2004. The sealing ran well with 0 leakage at shaft end. Sealing rebuilt was successful.The coking rich gas centrifugal compressor, which adopted steam blocking sealing technique was testified successfully. Until now it has been working steady for about 7 months. The sealing has reached the standard of technical requirement for 0 leakage. Reliable sealing is not only secure a long period of safe operation, but also gains more economic effect.
