生产超细碳酸钙的连续鼓泡碳化新工艺研究

【摘要】 超细活性碳酸钙作为一种新型无机功能填料、最廉价的纳米材料和目前工业化水平最高的纳米产业,其制备技术和应用研究正受到国内外越来越大广泛的关注。论文首先简介了世界碳酸钙工业的发展概况、我国碳酸钙工业的生产技术、应用领域现状、存在的主要问题及其与国外先进水平的差距。 在生产实践的基础上总结了具有中国特色的高浓度CO2生产超细碳酸钙的生产技术和特点,及其与传统的碳酸钙生产方法相比,所具有的优势及存在的问题,在此基础上提出了生产超细碳酸钙的连续鼓泡碳化法新工艺。 连续鼓泡碳化新工艺选择了三塔串联,液固相物料自上而下顺流通过三塔,气相CO2则自下而上逆流通过三塔,其中气相为分散相,液相为反应相和流动相。碳化塔作为连续反应器可视为拟平推流反应器,实质上这是一种高度连续化的超细碳酸钙生产新工艺。 论文利用“双膜理论”和“化学反应工程分析”的方法,探讨了高浓度CO2生产超细碳酸钙的碳化反应各阶段的动力学区域、碳化反应机理和结晶原理;从碳化反应各阶段的控制步骤不同的观点出发,完善了碳化反应过程的化学理论基础;并首次明确提出了碳化过程是一个四相浆态反应过程的观点;同时深入分析和计算了碳化过程中各阶段的工艺条件、物料衡算和能量衡算,以及深入探讨了包裹现象产生的根源,并为生产中解决这一问题提出了具体建议。 总而言之,论文开辟和倡导了我国超细碳酸钙生产研究的新领域,丰富和发展了我国超细碳酸钙生产方法。
【Abstract】 As the cheapest nanometer materials, the broadest and novel inorganic functional filling material in applying, and the highest level’s nanometer department in industrialization at present, producing technology and app -lying researching of super-fine calcium carbonate are absorbing broad attention of all over the world . The article has briefly introduced the developing matters of the world calcium carbonate industry, the present matter and the existing problems of calcium carbonate producing technology in our country, and the difference between our country and the world preceding level.In the base of producing practices, the article has summarized the producing technology and the characters of high concentration CO2 to produce super-fine calcium carbonate and their advantage conditions and their shortages in contrast with traditional producing ways. In the all over the foundations, the article has expounded the new technology to produce super-fine calcium carbonate of continuous bubbling carbonizing way.The new technology has chosen three phases series bubbling towers to produce super-fine calcium carbonate, its liquid and solid materials getting into the three towers from their top to bottom by flowing, and its gas material getting into the three towers from their bottom to top by contrary style .Its gas phase is a scattering phase, and its liquid is a react phase and flowing phase. The carbonizing towers can be considered a like-even pushing flow reactor. In the fact, this is a complete new tech-nology to produce super-fine calcium carbonate.The article uses "the Double-film Theory" and "Chemical Reaction Engineering Analysis" way to study the dynamic areas, crystal principle and its’ carbonized mechanics of all terms high concentration CO2 to produce super-fine calcium carbonate. From this, the article has improved the chemical reaction theoretical foundation of carbonizing reaction; and has firstly definite expounded that carbonizing reaction process is a four phases reacting process; in the meantime, the article has deeply analyzed and calculated the technical conditions and materials balance and energies balance of the whole producing process, and studied the reason of the parceling phenomenon in carbonizing reaction process, and expounded some practical proposals to resolve the phenomenon.In a word, the article has invented and advocated a new field of producing research to produce super-fine calcium carbonate, and has enriched and developed the producing methods about super-fine calcium carbonate in our country.
