绿茶国际市场及中国的出口贸易研究

【摘要】 茶叶是我国重要的经济作物,茶叶生产是茶区茶农收入和财政收入的主要来源,茶叶出口在我国农产品出口贸易中占有重要地位。绿茶是我国茶叶生产和出口的主要品种,具有较强的出口竞争优势。详细研究绿茶的世界市场和中国的出口状况,分析当前出口中存在的问题及其原因,并提出解决办法,对促进中国绿茶贸易的持续发展,加快茶区经济的发展,增加茶农收入都具有重要的意义。本文通过分析世界绿茶贸易的市场环境及供求现状和趋势,重点研究了世界主要绿茶消费区域的消费需求特征;对中国绿茶出口的国际竞争力进行了指标测算,并用气泡图的方法分析评价了中国绿茶的出口市场分布现状及特点;通过测算贸易条件指数的方法分析讨论了中国绿茶的出口效益和影响因素。论文的研究结果表明,中国绿茶出口的国际市场占有率高,竞争力较强,出口基本上垄断非洲市场,但是对欧美发达国家开拓不力。近年来出现出口增幅放缓,出口贸易条件持续恶化,量增价跌,出口效益明显下降的倾向。本文通过分析认为,国际市场供求变化,进口国的绿色贸易壁垒,以及国内生产组织化程度低,出口管理不到位等是导致中国绿茶出口贸易条件恶化的主要原因,要提高中国绿茶出口效益必须依靠科技进步,提高茶叶产业化发展水平,加强出口管理,同时还要针对不同的市场实施相应的出口策略。
【Abstract】 Tea is one of important cash crop in China. In the one hand, Tea production is possessed of important status in agriculture structure in many provinces in our country. In the other hand, tea production occupies considerable proportion in both peasants’ income and government finance in tea area. External trade is closely related to Chinese tea industry. Green tea occupies the dominant part of tea export. Therefore in order to promote China’s tea trade and tea industry and increase peasants’ income, it is necessary to center attention on green tea and study international green tea market and China’s export.Firstly, current situation and future trend of the world trade of green tea. were analyzed. The emphasis of this part was put on each import regions’ demand character. Then, adapting the index system, the positive analysis of international competitive power concerning of the Chinese green tea was carried out. By the method of bubble chart and trade term index, China’s green tea export market distributing and export benefit were valued. Based on the above analysis, we reached the conclusion that China’s green tea has the relative international competitiveness and has monopolized the Africa market. But it is difficult to get more market share in Europe and American market. Recently, the export quantity of Chinese green tea increased while export value decreased and the benefit of export was declining. In order to improve China’s green tea export benefit, it is necessary to depend on the science and technology, establish the efficient green tea industrial organization, strengthen the export control and carry out target marketing strategy according different market characters.
