【摘要】 农业科技园区是一种新型的农业运营基地,其与内驻企业之间存在着互动运作过程:园区吸引农业企业及相关技术项目入驻,形成内驻企业,然后各内驻企业带动园区及其周边地区的发展。这正是农业科技园区发展的关键:只有园区自身建设良好,才能吸引更多企业入驻;只有更多企业入驻,才能带动园区更好的发展,从而再吸引企业,达到一个良性循环的过程。本文通过对农业科技园区进行概念界定和分类,从双向选择和互相促进两个方面,研究了农业科技园区与内驻企业的互动运作过程。(1) 在双向选择这部分里,分析了农业企业和技术项目选择农业科技园区时考虑的因素,探讨了农业科技园区选择企业项目入驻时的标准。(2) 互相促进这部分的研究,分农业科技园区向内驻企业提供服务和内驻企业带动农业科技园区发展两个方面展开。从基础设施、优惠政策以及管理服务这三个方面,分析了农业科技园区如何向内驻企业提供服务,从技术推广、农民带动两个方面来研究内驻企业带动农业科技园区发展的方式,并描述了龙头企业和科技中介公司如何促进农业科技园区发展的。(3) 通过案例分析展示了农业科技园区与内驻企业互动运作的具体过程,并针对互动过程中可能存在的问题提出相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural sci-tech park is a new kind of agriculture operating district. There is the interactively operating course between the agricultural sci-tech park and the agribusiness inside. The park attracts the agribusiness and projects to enter the park, becoming the agribusiness inside. Then the agribusiness inside develops the park and the area nearby. That is the most important thing for the agricultural sci-tech park to develop. When the park was built well, it could attract more agribusiness to come; when more agribusiness came into the park, they could bring the park to develop better and keep attracting the agribusiness. This is a well-ordered circulation.The article defines and classifies the agricultural sci-tech park. Then it studies the interactively operating course of agricultural sci-tech park with the agribusiness inside from choosing each other and promoting each other.Firstly, the article analyzes the factors for the agribusiness to choose the agricultural sci-tech park and for the agricultural sci-tech park to choose the agribusiness.Secondly, the article studies how the agricultural sci-tech park provides service to the agribusiness and how the agribusiness inside advances the agricultural. It analyzes the service provided by the agricultural sci-tech park from the basic establishment, the policy attracting the agribusiness and the management, to meet the need of the agribusiness inside. Then it studies the methods for the agribusiness inside to advance the agricultural sci-tech park from technology generalizing and peasants increasing income.Thirdly, the article shows the detailed interactively operating course of agricultural sci-tech park with the agribusiness inside by an example.
