我国高等教育网上学习的应用推广研究

【摘要】 网上学习是现代远程教育手段的一种创新,以其自身的优势,对传统学习方式形成了强有力的挑战。鉴于两方网上学习提供商陆续涌进我国远程教育市场寻找商机,我国对于在高等教育领域内,网上学习应用推广的研究以及受众者对于这一创新的学习方式的感知认识的研究仍处于空白状态,本研究针对这一问题,对我国网上学习受众者进行凋查研究,诣在了解我国网上学习的应用现状和使用环境,分析影响我国网上学习采用行为的相关因素,为促进我国网上学习的应用推广提供合理化建议。 本文以行为科学“创新推广理论”为基础,对影响个人网上学习采用的相关因素进行系统地分析,并以此建立“感知创新特征”与网上学习采用的影响关系模型。依据此模型,以调查问卷的方式对我国网上学习受众者的应用现状及其采用意向进行了实证研究。研究结果得出“感知相对利益”、“感知适应性”、“感知可试性”以及“感知可观察性”四方面感知创新特征对我国网上学习的应用及推广有着积极的影响。最终依据研究结果,对比英国现代远程教育的成功经验,从网上学习开发者和政府两个层面为促进我国网上学习的应用和推广提出了政策性建议。
【Abstract】 E-learning, as an innovative and alternative way of distance learning, provides a strong challenge to the traditional learning with its unique advantage. With the background of strong ambition from western education institutions seeking the distance learning market in China, and the lack of relative studies on domestic e-learning adoption in higher education section in China, this research aims to investigate people’s perceptions and attitudes toward adopting e-learning and explore the factors that will affect the e-learning adoption behavior from innovation adoption perspective. This works as a basis for providing the rationalized suggestions for the diffusion of e-learning adoption in China.Rogers’ (1995) innovation adoption theory has been employed in order to achieve research objectives. Based on this model, the factors in each of "perceived innovative attributes" that affect the individual adoption behavior will be analyzed to test the relationship between these attributes and e-learning adoption. Findings show that the "perceived relative advantage", "perceived compatibility", "perceived trialability" and "percieved observability" these four perceived innovative attributes do have certain influences on peoples’ adoption of e-learning. It is hoped that insights gained based on the study results and the sucssessful experience made by Open University of UK will provide helpful suggestions for e-learning providers and government on e-learning development in China.
